Misleading pricing on discounts
So far not great discount code hadn't applied on the order although it showed in the line item which is misleading, so anyone buying off them bear this in mind -nothing updates automatically and even the codes don't work when entered manually, they literally gave me the run around for 5 or 6 USD and not prepare to budge in anyway. If this is after 1 day of having purchased it makes me wonder will I be safe or should I go elsewhere?!

To receive the discount, the coupon code must be entered manually during the checkout process and must meet all applicable eligibility requirements.
In this case, the coupon code had to be entered at checkout for the promotion to be applied. While the voucher may have been displayed as an available offer, the discount is not activated unless the code is entered and successfully validated against the order.

What a scam… No way to unlist a site…
What a scam… No way to unlist a site once you’ve listed it for sale. I listed the site for sale originally just as an experiment, and I searched all around the site to unlist it. I didn’t mean to …. but I accidentally Fell asleep in the process of trying to figure out how to unlist it and woke up, and the domain was sold, and now they can’t help me. I’m going to somewhere else. I have been a customer for over 10 years and they didn’t actually help me at all.

If you would like to try recovering the domain, you may contact the current owner using the public Whois information available at: https://www.namecheap.com/domains/whois/. If Whois privacy is enabled, you can still send a message to the protected email address shown in the Whois record, and it will be forwarded to the domain owner.
You may also consider using DomainAgents to contact the current owner and make an offer for the domain. To do so, search for the domain at https://www.namecheap.com/domains/domain-name-search/ and select the "Make Offer" option if available.
While we cannot guarantee that the current owner will be willing to sell the domain back, these options may help you get in touch with them.

It's not just the price
The name says it all about the price but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the setup and customer service was. I was able to do everything I wanted with this one source when I expected to need three separate organizations.
