Efficient and reliable service
I have needed to speak to nannytax a lot recently (issues with HMRC, new employee etc) and I'm impressed with the service. The portal is easy to use, it's quick to get through to someone on the phone, the people are very knowledgeable and professional and they deal with queries very quickly. All in all, I think it's hard to imagine another provider doing a better job for nanny payroll and HR.

Resolved an HMRC tax matter very quickly.
I received a letter from the Tax office saying I had a tax credit for my employee’s tax. Nannytax investigated it promptly, and found that I had overpaid tax some time ago, in error. Was very surprised and pleased how quickly they were able to do this and find a solution.

Excellent all round support
They are very supportive and took time to explain any processes I didn't understand.
We paid the extra so they worked out everything, including money owed to HMRC and they were absolutely brilliant! They observe unsociable hours so you can get help/support on the weekend.
I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
