Terrible company
Terrible company. Wait 15 mins for them to answerphone. Waiting for a refund now for a month. They charged me over £200 for 3 weeks insurance on a policy that cost just over £800 for a year. Terrible service and a terrible company. Stay well away!

I have investigated your concerns and found the following.
You opted to cancel your policy, following the cancellation notice that was issued by our office, for non-payment of additional premiums that were applied by the insurer for non-disclosure.
The charges applied to your cancelled policy are in accordance with both our Terms of Business Agreement and the insurers policy wording, both of which you had received prior to renewing your policy with us. The insurer have made a proportionate charge for the time your policy was held on cover, plus an administration fee of £28.00. In addition to these charges, we have applied our cancellation fee of £112.09.
Our refunds are typically processed 30 days after the policy cancellation date, but may take longer. We are not able to issue an immediate refund, as the funds are not available to us until the return of premium has been received from the insurer, which usually takes 30 days.
Your policy was cancelled on the 18th February 2025 (Three weeks ago) therefore we can expect to process your refund within the next 7 days. We appreciate this delay is not ideal, however, it is unavoidable. A representative will contact you to process your refund.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our clients, our response time is continuously monitored. I can see you contacted our office this week and was connected to an advisor within 12 minutes. You also called us on the 5th March and was connected within 3minutes. I accept the 12 minute hold time was longer than our usual standards, we do however return any unanswered calls on the same day that have held for longer than 2 minutes.
