Confused

It seems, I’m still answering calls. I look after a year and you’re still negotiating. Meanwhile this matter is now in collections. When we started, it was just a debt. I get a million emails a day saying it’s an urgent matter to answer you. When I open the email…. It’s just begging me to join. I’ve been in this well over a year!

When I first started the process of…

When I first started the process of getting debt free, it was really a very hard process trying to do it myself. I was over - whelmed of how much debt I gotten myself into. I had heard of several programs that could help. I was almost embarrassed of getting into a program. I had a family member tell me about National Debt Relief and had started seeing adds on Television. I finally got the nerve of letting someone help me. I think the most embarrassing time for me was having Collectors call work and then arriving home to see more bills piling up on the kitchen table and really harsh phone conversations. National Debt Relief took care of all of that within weeks of the process. Set up through an automatic payment process through my bank and was debt free in about four years. Payments were finally being made on time for the first time in years. Had about six accounts that were hitting almost thirty-eight thousand dollars that I had always thought that I could handle. National Debt Relief did handle the process for me. National Debt Relief settled accounts on High Interest Rates that I thought I could get paid off myself. I would have been paying for Fifty Years before I could have paid everything off. National Debt Relief settled for about nineteen - thousand and was sent a Congratulations of Graduating the program on July 23, 2026. Thank You so much and God Bless this Company for helping me get out of a crucial situation. NOTE; Being in debt is a really stressful situation in some one's life and is embarrassing. Let National Debt Relief take on the stress load for you.

not versed in debt resolution

I’m not versed in debt resolution. That’s where NDR excels. My debt came about while waiting for disability. Unable to work and taking care of 2 children on a $500 a month TANF check. As you can guess many bills went unpaid in the years it took to process my disability case. Now that I have been approved I naturally wanted to clear my outstanding debt. After 1 year I am 33% closer to my debt free goal all thanks to NDR handling the communication end.

A way to get out of debt

Kindness and helping me understand how to get out of debt. Payment does change as offers from your creditors come through for a settlement. Just pay one bill they take care of the rest.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with National Debt Relief. I entered the program expecting professional guidance and a clear path toward resolving my debt, but my experience has been much more frustrating than I anticipated.

I have had significant concerns regarding fees, communication, and how my account and settlement were handled. I have repeatedly had to contact NDR to get clarification and resolve issues that I believe should have been explained clearly from the beginning.

When you are already dealing with financial stress, the last thing you need is additional confusion about charges, payments, and the status of your account. I expected transparency, accountability, and consistent communication.

I am sharing my experience publicly because I believe potential customers should carefully review all fees, agreements, settlement terms, and account activity before enrolling. Ask questions, get everything in writing, and make sure you fully understand what you are being charged and what you are agreeing to.

I hope NDR takes my concerns seriously and works toward a fair resolution.

What a relief

It takes patience to go through the details but it was a relief. I had 5 creditors and now I have none. Working on building my credit score which will take a few months. But ultimately I'll be back in good standing. Making a monthly payment to one source is so much better than 5. And they saved me so much money. I'm so happy I decided to go this route.
