Placed order. Got a message immediately updating me on my order. Had it in hand in 3 days. Great service and product is Native Union quality as I’ve come to expect.

RETURN TAX ALERT! Really cool products but returns are expensive. They charge you for returns and send you a label, and if you don't have a printer you have to pay extra at a print shop. I ended up spending 8 quid just to return a product I didn't quite like. Bonkers ! Should've ordered the same product for Amazon instead.
Very poor service. Chased twice for an update with my order after waiting since 21st September. I finally received a response. Order was cancelled initially without an explanation, no stock ,no plans to produce more product. Not a great experience and I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered a laptop stand and wireless phone charger, delivery of the laptop stand was great and i can't fault the company there BUT they reached out to say the charger was out of stock and i requested a refund....still waiting for that refund from the 18th August.. shockingly bad customer service considering i have not recieved the item but they still have my money
Well here I am again having just purchased my third of these wonderful chargers. Why do I need three? Two were perfectly fine and are nowhere near to needing replacement due to issues with the product. The problem is; this multi charger is so brilliant that when a friend’s grandson was visiting and saw my Native Union charger he was so impressed that he asked to ‘borrow’ one of mine to experience it for himself. Well, he was so impressed that he kept it a little longer than expected and I ordered my third. He’s a student and I’m a soft touch I guess. The fact that younger people aren’t impressed easily, allegedly, just proves how excellent this charger is and I’m a fan of Native Union’s great quality products and assurance they give. I don’t mind the friend’s grandson not wanting to give the ‘loaned’ charger back. I just hope he remembers when he graduates and I know he uses only that charger now so no harm done. I would recommend Native Union to anyone with 100% confidence. The delivery was really quick too so I’m happy I have 2 chargers again. The friend’s grandson is happy he got his by way of an ‘unintended present’. So it’s a win-win for everyone.

I bought a Native Union case for my iPhone 4 months ago. With light daily use (either on my desk or in my pocket) it is already beginning to come apart. At this premium price I’d expect it to last longer than 4 months. I have contacted Native Union via their website but after two weeks they still haven’t even responded. I’m disappointed with the quality of their products but I’m absolutely shocked at the non-existent customer service. You can judge a company by how it deals with issues like this - just ignoring me is absolutely shocking. One star from me.
EDIT - I have just filed another warranty claim with Native Union. Let's see if they respond this time.
2nd Edit - I have now attempted to contact Native Union twice via their warranty claims system, they have so far failed to respond. Again I have to underline how non-existent their customer service is. I would not recommend buying from them.
3rd Edit - Still no response. I have emailed them directly now as well as tried their online warranty claims system (twice).
4th edit - I finally managed to get in touch with Native union, it took me several attempts but they are now sending me a replacement case so all’s well that ends well.
Purchased the iPhone clear case and Apple AirPod 3rd generation cover. Happy with the case but not so much with the AirPod 3rd generation cover as it does not fit at all.
I always double check the models, and the one I ordered does not fit my AirPods Air 3rd generation.
Products are well made, just annoyed that the AirPod case is not compatible.
Cord failed after about if year of staying at my bedside plugged in. Occasionally taken on trips to hotels when I travel, but the cord is in great shape cosmetically from outside. The cord went out and I contacted them to get it warranty replaced and they couldn’t move past “I have to have a receipt”… who keeps a receipt for a single cord they bought a year ago? It’s clearly there cord, has there name on it, and I got it from Best Buy. Shane on this company for not standing behind their product and will definitely share my experience with as many people I can as a family worker happens to work at a business that carries their product. I’ll make sure he shares their excellent level of customer support when people come in looking for products.

Good product - bad customer service
My order was split, any contact with the what’s app, they never answer without 5 questions being asked, they they still could not tell me my order was split, half from U.K. and half from Hong Kong. No appology, will not purchase again.
Please do not act surprised, as last night you had another WhatsApp conversation, which lead to nowhere, your customer service is lead by Botts, not people
