Horrible service and my product is a week late, tracked on the shipping company’s website and it is just there. Asked for a refund as I am fed up and they cannot do it. Have lost 69.99€ Takes days for someone to get back to you. Really nice sleek products but they take your money and just do not care.
The fashion accessories are less important for practical use.
Products with designs like Native Union are not sold in Japan, and I am always looking forward to new products. I like the design because it's not too unusual and you'll never get tired of it.

Native Union to the rescue. Again. The Snap 2-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger. It doesn't just work perfectly with my iPhone 15. It also takes up less space and looks attractive.
In this world of mismatched USB connectors, it has provided the safe, simple xharging device that I need at my permanent home and as a take-along at my winter gtaway.
Wires continuously break in less than a year - truly do love the products but wish I didn't have to continuously purchase new ones and/or deal with customer service.
The product in terms of the material and craftsmanships are outstanding let alone the after sales support is warm, caring and initiatively in following up the client’s request for assistance.
The slim battery pack is beautifully built but didn’t even work for a month. Customer service most unhelpful / difficult.
Buy a cheaper alternative
The 3-in-1 charger stopped working after 8 month of use and they refused to fix it as I don’t have a receipt (it was a gift) although I provided a serial number so they can track the item.
In reality ‘Native Union’ is the same bad quality as any cheap brandless charger. You are just paying for the brand which is worthless because their customer service is also bad. So you would be better off buying any cheaper charger and it will serve you just as well.
The only reason to but Native Union would be as a ‘nice’ gift to someone. But here is the catch - it’s not nice when it breaks after 8 month.
Terrible package still not arrived after 10 days. Ordered it for a holiday and have left without it. Useless.
I'm really happy with the customer service. I recently purchased a case in one of their retail stores in the Netherlands, but sadly, the paint on my case started peeling off after just one week. The customer service found a quick solution for me and sent me a new case free of charge. So, my experience with this brand is 10/10.
After the initial 48 hr prompt responses via email regarding my order missing an item, nothing... crickets! either tell me that I'm getting the item or refund me the item. It's not that hard.
I contacted Native Union about a cable which I’d bought via Amazon and had broken after a few years of use.
I was delighted with their customer service (thank you, Francis) and they replaced the cable under their warranty, immediately.

Customer Service is a fraud! I filed for return because I was not satisfied with the quality of my ordered products. That was on September 3rd. No reply yet! After contacting customer "service" they just replied I have to file for return, what I did! I will use PayPal buyers protection to resolve. What a bad service!
I have bought products Native Union since 2017 like cable chargers for my iPhone and cases they are very high quality and durable plus look great I hope their products are found it in stores now I commanded online from the official website

I've been a customer of Native Union for quite some time now and I couldn't be happier! Their products are great and they introduce new lines quite regularly. All the products I've bought from them are very functional (and sustainable). I've never had issues with payments/deliveries, although delivery does sometimes take longer than promised - I'm aware of that so it doesn't spoil my experience of using their products. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them to any techie or a person who likes functional but stylish products.
Haven’t been able to test the cover on a phone yet. But the presentation of the Paris specials in cloth parcels is fantastic.
Love the brand and the product. Unfortunately, the customer service is not compatible with the premium brand image and price point they set out to target. All of my product damaged during shipping, customer service said will investigate, did not follow up at all. Still waiting to hear back after I sent follow up without any responses.
Tried calling but had no answer couldn’t get through and couldn’t reach anyone to give a call back number to for a warranty clam . Only email works once I got connected all things went well and they sent me a replacement.
Ordered multiple items on the first day of private sale. Didn’t see any updates on shipping for a week then contacted customer service. Three days later, my order got cancelled because of their error. Unacceptable!
