Charged both delivery & returns charges when returning shoes that didn’t fit, Bought the same manufacturer & size as all my other footwear but my purchase of the same from NATTERJACK’S were far too small??? First time in years this has happened with the manufacturer & size being far too small, makes me think do NATTERJACK’S buy seconds??

I Normally check on Trustpilot before purchasing from a company for the first time! I’d of kept away due to the 52% 1 STAR RATING that’s pretty poor saying there’s only 86 Reviews

Husband bought me some running shoes for my birthday in July. The salesman gave me the wrong size shoes which I returned unused and asked for the correct size. I was told would take couple weeks as had to order them in. It's now been nearly 4 weeks and still no shoes. Appalling service have paid for shoes and still not got them. Next step trading standards!

Saw lots of negative reviews on here, and can only speak from my one experience online with Natterjacks, but wanted to put some positivity in the mix.

I ordered some shoes and some extras, however there was some discolouration on one of the shoes, presumably because it had been on display in the light or something, and they were the last pair left - so the staff sent me some pictures prior to posting the shoes out, asking if I'd be happy to receive them as they were. I asked if I could go with a different colour in the same style and they obliged, and got my order sent out that same day. All arrived in great condition and couldn't fault anything about their service. This is the first time I can recall a business reaching out to me prior to sending an item that isn't 100%, so I'm massively appreciative of this.

I order vans shoes - got them next day delivery and nicely pack - very happy about experience with them 👍👍

Beware their returns policy - I bought a pair of shoes from them, which when they arrived shin't match the photo on their website. I therefore wanted to return the shoes, but discover hat in addition to a £5 charge for return they also do not credit the £5 for original delivery, despite the fact that the shoes were not as advertised. This is not how to operate an online retail business. I queried by phone but they were most unhelpful and blamed the manufacturer for the photo quality. I checked with Salomon who told me they do not supply photos to their resellers. Evenbtually whenI escalated it to manger they agreed a refund of the return postage (but not the delivery). I had rated them one star but now increased to 3 because at least they listened eventually, but it cost me three phone calls and hassle.

I was initially put off purchasing due to reviews but couldn't find the shoes I wanted any where else in my size (they were also in the sale here but I still wasn't overly confident). Eventually, I decided to risk it and I'm happy I did as they arrived within the time frame specified and were exactly what I wanted. Going off this experience I would happily use Natterjacks again.

Great experience with them. I ordered some shoes on sale for my Neice and they arrived via Royal Mail in under 7 days. Delivery was £5 for the one pair and £8.50 if you order more than one pair. I do think this is quite high for one off delivery however the sale price of the shoes made it worth it. The website is straight forward to navigate.

Do yourself a favour guy's and shop elsewhere,just returned an item that was too small,eventually received a refund minus the postage,so in actual fact it has cost me around £10 to try an item,very poor practice,plenty of other reputable retailers out there,bin this one!

Don’t waste your time. I ordered two items that were over £90 and the courier service they chose to use just left them on my doorstep in view of everyone, claiming I gave permission when I did not! They have just taken APC word because they don’t want to take responsibility. I contacted Natterjack customer service who have refused to do anything. So they won’t offer a replacement and I’m losing the money. I asked to speak to a manger, but they have refused this! Absolute joke of a company!

So sick of going into this shop and hearing racist and misogynistic hip hop. Despite complaining a while back it’s always on. You really don’t get it. Please. Just play something less offensive.

I went to Kingston's branch for a pair of shoes that are wide enough, the whole teams here are pretty awesome especially Davey who found me a great pair with some purple wide laces.
Will Def be back for some jeans and stuff.

I ordered a pair of shoes size 8 from the website, and got sent an 8.5 from the company. Initially everything was fine in contact and I was asked to send them back and postage would be refunded to me also due to the error of the item.
I noticed that postage hadn't been refunded, so contacted about this and was told on the phone that they would do it straight away.
Two weeks later this still hadn't been refunded, so I contacted and spoke to a really unpleasant man on the phone, who literally huffed down the phone and told me that I'd have to wait for 'them' to get out of a meeting and contact me back.
Not holding out much hope.

I like Tommy Jeans Sweatshirts for winter time. After looking on the internet I found some at half price, £37.50. They were new and in size medium. I read a few reviews for Natterjacks which were not great but decided there is not alot that could go wrong. How wrong I was!! When they arrived I checked they were labelled medium, inside the garment and on label. When I held them up I could see they were massive. My friend who takes X-Large tried one on and it was much too big. So I would say they were XXX large. They were obviously labelled wrong in production. However anyone who has anything to do with clothing could easily see how massive they were!! So i was conned by the half price reduction. As they were labelled wrongly in manufacture I had no confidence in returning them. I gave them to a charity shop hoping a baby elephant pops in for a look. Beware of using this company. There is no doubt they could never be taken for medium, even by a blind man.

Ordered my item from the other side of the world and it arrived very quickly, in excellent condition, with no problems. Would definitely buy from Natterjacks again.

Andy, please let me explain to you that, this platform is for the customers to give the company feed back .. positive or negative… it doesn’t matter. It’s a customer tool to help us decide if we want to buy or work for this company..

if it’s negatively feedback, then you should take this on board and try to improve this situation…

It’s not for you to reply trying to justify yourself and lie and no I will not be emailing you personally, so you keep it under raps… this is for the public to see and to be aware of how to undermine your staff and talk down to your staff.

When I say lie … you say that you don’t hardly get any negative feedback on staff.. I just looked back only couple and you have more then a few negative feedback on staff that every negative feedback, you come back attacking the person who has written the review..

To be honest… you are the person, who I am talking about… if your name is Andy.. take the review onboard and treat your staff with kindness and respect… they are humans not your slaves.. or better still .. step down and give one of your staff a chance to run the company in the shop and you stay in the background… might help your business…

And try your best not to reply and see if you learned anything..

Natterjacks is the most iconic store in Kingston. Friendly and helpful staff who know their products upside down inside out - their stock knowledge is amazing. They will go out of their way to get what you want if not in store then online. Being going there for 20 years and they haven’t changed - fantastic customer service and huge selection of boards and street clothing. It’s obvious the staff not only believe in their products but are proud to work there - and who can blame them!

Ordered a large package with over 10 items. Customer service was exemplary from the start as they contacted me to confirm sizing and update me on when my order would be shipped. Delivery was on time and as estimated. Faultless process and will order again!

The low reviews on here tend to be about the staff, but they had what I wanted so thought I’d give them a try for myself! I rang first and spoke to someone who was very helpful, and then placed my order online. It was delivered within 2 days & packed well. I have absolutely no complaints and would use them again.

The owner is an arrogant so and so who I've had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to on the phone a few moons ago...

Had plenty of mates who have also worked here that say how abusive the owner is, awful returns policies, awful condition of sale items...

Honestly, don't waste your time or money
