Fast response and great customer…

Fast response and great customer service

I had tried to buy some rare Salomon trainers and had been messed about for a month by another seller (have left a review) so was slightly cautious here.
I ordered next day delivery and then followed up to get a tracking number (it was due later in the day from the courier) they sent it anyway and when it did not work (not yet active) they sent me a screen shot of their dispatch notification
The trainers arrived 18 hours later
Rapid delivery and a good natured management of my slightly paranoid / high maintenance requests

They have a phone number too but responded to my emails within an hour or so

What a great shop.

What a great shop.

Don’t often go out shopping now days due to online shopping, but whenever I am around the Kingston area I always pop in to natterjacks, Great store, great choices and great customer service.

Refusing to refund a faulty product. Awful treatment of a customer.

I returned an item of clothing as it shrunk in the wash after following the washing guideline. The customer service team said they spoke to the Company Director who said they will not issue a refund as it has been washed. Despite this return being covered by consumer law rights. The Company Director can apparently chose if he/she which consumer laws to follow. Awful customer service, awful management and an all around awful company. I would not recommend. Avoid!

Excellent

Nor sure about the negative reviews on here....
My experience was more than excellent!! I needed new jeans after a flood in my place. I'm a fussy git about my selvedge jeans and fair play to Will (one of the excellent staff) he went above and beyond with me on the phone talking me through the different pairs they had, what feel to the touch they had and whether the selvedge was parallel, told you I was fussy!!!
He was an absolute Saint. I had to send a pair back as they were too tight. Got the new pair a day later and I have just received my refund the same day they were delivered back. I even phoned both the shop and the warehouse to thank them.
So for me an excellent online shopping experience!!!
Thanks once again guys, diamond service!!!!
I'll be back!!!!

Untrained Staff

The staff don’t seem to be trained properly hence the terrible customer service! I came into the shop and the manager was screaming at his employee. I felt terrible and asked whether he was always like that. The reviews just show how terrible the management is and that you should not support this company! I recommend the Mullens store nearby who stock also stock Carhartt and the Projekt Store in Sutton.

Excellent Service.

Before ordering, I had a look at some reviews on trustpilot, a few reviews were not great but I decided to give them a go anyway - DO NOT LET THE REVIEWS PUT YOU OFF. The cargos I wanted were out of stock everywhere apart from Natterjacks. I ordered them and they were delivered only 4 days later, very quick. Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Thank you! 😊

Absolute shocking customer service

Absolute shocking customer service. Bought a pair of shoes £130 that received with scratches on, and glue coming away. These shoes are now sold out everywhere. Want to keep the shoes for a reasonable partial refund. Was offered £6.50 as partial refund. Joke. Avoid

The owner is vile

The owner is vile, never been spoken to in such a awful disrespectful manner. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager on the other hand is fabulous, I think he’s called Dave, very helpful and kind.

The wrong item was sent

The wrong item was sent, which I was then told was their error due to the item I believed I was purchasing not even existing in their stock anymore.

Subsequently made to feel like they were doing me a favour by not charging me to send the item back. Don't waste your time with this company.

My son wanted a skateboard and we spoke with Luca. He couldn’t have been more helpful and informative about the Vans range and directed us to make an informed decision based on his extensive experience. Very happy we went here and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you.

Online service was great

I ordered a Patagonia fleece for my son for Christmas. Delivery was quick especially as I had left it in the "last minute" lead up to Christmas. The product was accurate and the price I paid competitive. I am extremely happy with this company. I admit I was apprehensive having read some negative reviews. However I am fully understanding of postage not being refunded for returns and have to say this is becoming the norm when internet shopping with both small independent companies and some of the large high street names. Retail is struggling with the ongoing pandemic and if paying for returns means keeping the choice to shop around I support that. It's been a tough 20 months for everyone.

Incredibly rude arrogant owner.. Talk about "Mr I am so important".. I had appointment in Kingston Branch once.. Walked in asked for "Andy".. Got very blunt reply, "I not see anyone without an appointment". I explained I had one!!! Basil Fawlty of shop owners, but far from funny, just extremely moody. Sad really

everything came perfect and really happy with my purchase, did pay for next day delivery...ordered on Saturday and it came Tuesday. Nonetheless still happy with my purchase :)I was reading the bad reviews after I ordered so was a bit worried but it was fine apart from not delivered in expected time, it is a pandemic going on still so there's that x

Shop REFUSED to exchanged even if Pandemic not allowed to do B4

Got a hat as a birthday gift at the end of oct 20 (pic of Covid-19 pendemic in UK), third lockdown started in december last till May 21. Our daugther born in May (ivf). Went down to the shop to exchange as Hat is too big. Staff said "shld be ok" manager after looking at me said "no" absolutely no caring about pandemic etc. Loads of same hat in the shop (so not a old item).

Go to TKmax, better products and MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I purchased a pair of trousers from…

I purchased a pair of trousers from Natterjacks online. Advertised as grey as was the picture on the website. Upon delivery the colour did not match at all; the colour was more of a faded green. I complained and they told me to send it back for a full refund.
I sent it back 1st class recorded and didn't hear anything from them for over 2 weeks. I emailed them and a few days later my refund was complete. Complete? Not really, they forgot twice I had to pay for postage.

For the next 2 months I emailed them regarding this situation. Guess what? No email reply whatsoever!
Until i told them i'll be going to trading standards then i got reply. They told me they never got any emails from me and it wasn't their fault in the product description and they wouldn't be offering me any postage refunds. The label on the product clearly states emerald khahi, which is green.

Trading standards said I was right but i needed to write a formal letter to Natterjacks, make 2 copies and send it registered then wait to see if I got a reply and report back. I could see this dragging on for the next 6 months and who knows what next. All this trouble for the price of postage and return postage??

Complete amateurs! They will take every penny from you even if it's not your fault and ignore you until you disappear. 0 stars if i could.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
