Nothing to worry about

I was a bit skeptical about using them after seeing mixed reviews. Decided to roll the dice and buy regardless. I was kept updated on the location of my purchase from start to finish. The delivery came within about 3 working days, and the jacket I bought (Alpha Industries Long Bomber Jacket in Blue) came in brand new condition too. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again based on this experience

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service
Website wasn't working when I first tried to order
Then delivery was a day late and when I received the shoes one of the pairs had several factory defects.
When trying to return them customer service was blunt and entirely unhelpful.
They just quoted some poorly written terms that had not been given to me at any point anywhere on the website.
They do not care about the customer or the quality of service they provide
AVOID AT ALL COSTS DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE

SLOW PROCESSING / SLOW DISPATCH / SLOW DELIVERY

It took them over 1.5 days to dispatch the order, and then Royal Mail 48hrs is the only delivery service available. Both the response of Natterjacks and their preferred courier (RM) are just much slower and seemingly less efficient than competitors. Some of these places can get a delivery to you the next day, or within one business day - and unfortunately this is how long it took Natterjacks to process and dispatch an order. Now I have to wait for Royal Mail...

Returns policy is not clear

Returns policy is not clear. They say on their website that they offer free delivery and free returns on all orders about £80. But when I returned my item they consider the value of the order to be £0 so they took away the free shipping money plus the free return money from the refund. Never happened to me before on any website and I’ve been doing online shopping for years. Be prepared to pay the 2 way shipping when returning an item as their returns policy is very misleading.

Couldn't have been more helpful

I went into their Liverpool store recently, to get my first gait anaysis done, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Vinnie, who did the analysis was lovely, explaining everything, so much so I went in the next day and purchased a pair of trainers. I rang them in the morning and they were happy to put a pair I'd seen away for me. When I went to collect them the 2 fellas that were in were really nice. Give natterjacks another chance, lockdown did odd things to companies.

Returns policy poorly written and…

Returns policy poorly written and unclear. When you return an item they take two payments if your order isn't over £80. Because I returned my item this classed the order as being £0 therefore them taking two payments of £4.75. Even though the item I ordered was over £80, doesn't make sense at all.

I would not recommend shopping here, they have rude customer service too.

Waited ages for their online shop to…

Waited ages for their online shop to open due to virus. Bought two bags but the ones I received are not the same as pictured or described. The ones I received were cotton with a orange tag. The ones pictured and described are teflon with a silver tag.

Was extremely disappointed. Contacted Natterjacks to make them aware of the problem but they were not really interested, just told me that there was a mistake in the listing and photo. Checked on their website to see that they still had the wrong bag, photo and description listed. Have returned. Very disappointing experience.

Update
When I returned the bags they actually had the cheek to charge me for the return even though it was totally their fault. I had to request the postage costs back and they were a bit funny about it. Won't buy here again that is for sure!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Lucky to get 1 star!
Selected next working day delivery only to be told on the expected delivery day it would be the following day. I had to take an unpaid days leave to be at home as the T&C's state it needs to be signed for. Customer services\sales not at all interested. I should of read the reviews on here before I ordered.

Non Existent Customer Service

As any of the other reviewers have said non existent customer service. 1 word replies via email and disinterested when you call them with an issue.

Not sure why there are so many bad…

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here, I've received my parcel on time and in good conditions and the customer service was great, they've answered my e-mails pretty quickly and efficiently.
The delivery was free and they've even upgraded it to next day delivery at no extra cost which was highly appreciated.
Would recommend 10/10

Box was damaged, and trainers looked like they were just thrown into the box. Luckily I had another box to put them in for a birthday present

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, very rude and email back with one word answers. Don’t spend your hard earned cash here... there are better outlets with 100 times better customer interaction. Even one star is too many. I will never shop here again until it’s in new hands and the current manager/staff are no longer working here

NOT FREE delivery or returns

AVOID this shop. Used their website which stated free delivery over £80 (which i spent) and free returns. Returned the order and had TWO lots of delivery charges deducted from my refund. Return policy was not clear on the website, which i queried before returning and they did not respond, they have altered the website details since. Misleading and dishonest company and arrogant customer service. Never using again and definitely do not recommend.

Mispriced items in shop and online - rude staff

Mispriced items in shop and online. Then when you buy and point out the price is incorrect met with rudeness. Told me ‘it was tough and they didn’t have to sell it to me”. Really gone downhill since owners changed.

Terrible refund policy

Terrible refund policy on initial outgoing postage - every other online UK clothing company that sell similar gear have refunded me the outgoing postage, but not natterjacks.

Money grabbers!

Use one of the many other decent UK clothing sites out there.

Better off shopping anywhere else

I ordered the last pair of Nike white widows on the site but had to return them as one of the shoes had a dirty sole and was damaged at the back.

I returned them as advised and was only partially refunded as I was told there is no damage on the shoes. Sent the pics to prove they were and received back photos from the shop. Now they’ve either cleaned them up or sent pics of a different pair. Either way if they are willing to go to these lengths to avoid refunding me the full amount let them have it.

The person in charge of returns spoke to me like a i was a fool and overtalked me, saying things like “unless the people who work at Nike were wearing them they are brand new” he was more polite the second time I called but Won’t be using natterjacks again sadly.

Shame up till now never had any issues. But this was my first return. Feel a little more silly as I’ve been plugging natterjacks sales items on my Instagram page, I’ll be taking them down and informing my followers of what transpired.

If the same items available at another store I highly recommend going down that route. I managed to find another pair and luckily no issues with these.

Horrible manager.

So I had a job interview and I’ve never been treated so badly in my life! He asked me a few questions some that wasn’t even about the job... told me I wasn’t gonna get anywhere in life then when I was leaving threw my cv in the bin?? He was so rude, and horrible doesn’t even care that he hurts your feelings. Don’t even bother applying and look for something else unless you wanna get treated like a piece of rubbish. Do not spend your money supporting this awful company and AVOID Andy at all costs
