Very responsive when I needed to return a suit which didn't fit me.

Natural Apiary has been 1st class in its correspondence and help in getting me the correct size perfect bee suit for the hot weather. I was between sizes on the size chart and went for the smaller "medium" suit, and upon arrival I noticed it somewhat tight when doing certain tasks.
Natural Apiary immediately sent me a return label and my new items was shipped within a week. 5 stars for natural apiary, not only are the bee suits top quality, there customer service is top notch. They want to make sure your are happy and satisfied with their products. It seems like they take pride in this. A nice quality in this beekeeping world.

Like many of you out on the net surf shopping these days, reviews are becoming much more important and informative for the prospective buyer. I for one do research much more since last years pandemic hit all of us. It's not just the star rating but what one's experience is that helps with buying choices. I can tell you that Natural Apiary is the real deal, high quality, outstanding customer care and follow-up. I bought 2 of the Zephyros suits and matching gloves for myself and my wife. We are getting back into beekeeping and either one of us likes stings, (who does). Fantastic fit, my wife is 5 foot and 100 lbs, got the XS gloves and suit. Me, well 5"11 and 230, she's a good cook what can I say. I got the medium gloves and a 2XL suit. Fit's perfect, with room. Use the fitting guides on the site, they work. The videos that James creates are outstanding. He follows up with email after purchase. Nice touch! We will be purchasing more from James and his company, repeat customers kinda tells the story now, doesn't it.

This is the Best ventilated jacket that I have ever had and this is the sixth suit I have purchased. Definitely the BEST.

Natural Apiary sent the veil out fast and when received the veil I found out that Natural Apiary made my bee suit with plastic zippers obsolete. Two years ago my daughter purchased a new and upgraded suit that the veil will fit.

Overall, please with my order. I'm a new keeper and will be receiving my first bee package next month, so I haven't had the opportunity to try what I purchased yet; however, I received my order quickly and was happy with the general quality of the items I received.

I ordered and received the incorrect sized jacket. The company’s response was prompt, polite, professional and very accommodating. I returned the jacket and soon received a replacement of appropriate size. Customer service was excellent. As for the product, I loved my Natural Apiary Zephyros Jacket so much, I ordered this second jacket for my wife!

Everything was as described and fast shipping, when using the sizing chart go one size bigger, I went with the help option and went with the size they recommended should of went a size bigger fits but no room to grow, (haha) but over all very satisfied with product.
