It is amazing wax, great quality, cut and melted so smoothly, and I love the 1oz bar sizes. Perfect. Plus the shipping, packaging, and follow up have been wonderful. I made a purchase from Natural Apiary. The item did not fit. They were very nice and said to ship it back. I shipped it back. I was told that they did not receive the item. I told them that I had a receipt from UPS that it was delivered at the time, date, and front desk. They told me they would look into it. Then I was told that they had sent a credit to PayPal. Two months ago by and still no credit. I had to submit a refund to PayPal. Then I had to put a stop payment on my card. They lied to me more than once about the credit and the return. I got my money back but not because of their help.

I'm very happy with the quality of the products I received. I will have to wait until spring to put them to the test, but they seem well-made and durable. My items shipped separately, though I only received one tracking number. The customer service representative was very responsive and my missing item arrived within a week.

I found your bee suit to be very helpful in eliminating a problem I had with hornet nests. I had three active hornet nests on my pontoon boat and could not have eradicated them without the suit.

Didn’t know I had to sew veil onto my existing suit. Thought it was compatible with the plastic zipper on my suit. Do you have any with plastic zippers? Everything else was great.

Ordered a beekeeping suit and was amazed with it's quality for the price, arrived quickly and with zero issues. Would definitely do business again.

I was disappointed that the hood zipper did not match the zipper of the one it was replacing. I had to sew the new zipper to the old jacket. After almost completing the job I found that the new zipper was a different length.

I ordered a Zephyros full suit. My first one was too big. I was very impressed that literally within minutes of my email request to exchange it, I had a return shipping label and an exchange form in my email.

The second suit fits much better and is comfortable to wear, though on an 80 degree day, you're still going to sweat a lot. I like all the pockets, especially the deep ones for hive tools. As noted in some other reviews, the zippers are a little difficult to work, but metal zippers tend to last longer than nylon coil ones.

This is my first experience using a fencing veil. I'm not sure I like it better than round ones, but I like having the option of using either since both are included with this suit.

Overall, I like this a lot better than my previous jacket and pants. And I can't say enough about their customer service.
