I've just become a Naturally Thinking customer. Their prices are good, and the product range is really wide. I also found the team to be very responsive when I had a minor issue with an order. It was sorted quickly. I'll definitely be using again. My one bugbear would be the delivery pricing - adding packaging items like droppers or bottles into the order means that the delivery price can go up. A £50 delivery of aromatherapy ingredients is free, but by adding a small number of bottles and droppers into the order (<£5 in value), I ended up with a delivery charge. That really doesn't seem to make any sense.

worst Customer Service ever. You pay first but they never answer or get back in touch!!!!

The course was interesting, we have learned to make various range of products from natural ingredient.

Every one of us in class had opportunity to create each product individually with lots of fun

The teaching method was excellent, we have learned to understand the basic science of ingredient and there roul to formulate the product

I certainly enjoy this course and will recommend to everyone who is interested to make cosmetic products

Great customer service whilst attending store to purchase goods. Advice was brilliant when I asked about what type of product would be suitable. I will be purchasing more items very soon.

Have just completed the Natural Cosmetics Course - which really exceeded expectations! A lovely clean, fresh learning environment, a whole file of reference information & instructions to keep - which meant we could spend the majority of the time on practicals rather than theory/endless note-taking. During breaks there was lovely vegetarian food provided, and a wonderful Aladdin's Cave of extracts, essential oils, hydrosols, soaps, blend bases and packaging options to explore in the shop! TOO much fun!

Tom was an excellent teacher, very upbeat and FULL of information, answering any questions that came his way. Making the various balms, lotions, hair treatments & gels was entrancing, learning patience and technique as ingredients transformed before us. It was really exciting to be able to work with such a wide choice of carrier oils and beautiful plant-based butters and fragrant essential oils to create our own individual, gorgeously aromatic products.

Sensory heaven! A lovely group of people to work with too. A really well-organised, fully supported course, what a GREAT way to spend 3 days. Big thank you to Tom & all at Naturally Thinking :)

Have been dealing with naturally thinking for a number of years now and they consistently provide excellent products and service. As a small scale manufacturer I'm often faced with tight deadlines and know I can rely on them to send my order without any problems and on a next day basis (next day delivery is extremely reasonably priced too). I recently tested out the CPSR service and received my comprehensive report within 3 days! Amazing service all round and I homestly cannot recommend them enough.

Very difficult to get a reply via email and when you do the staff constantly lie about restocking dates.

The Liquid Soap Cosmetic base has been out of stock for months, every time I contact them out a date for when it will be back in stock to purchase I am told "Will be back in stock by the end of the week"

I have been told this each time I contact them FOR OVER 3 MONTHS to be precise.

I've bought from Naturally thinking for a number of years and really love their products. There was a problem with my recent order as an item had been omitted. Naturally Thinking got the missing item dispatched on the same day I alerted them to the issue. Great customer service. I would really recommend using them to anyone.

Absolutely love this company, the products and service. I have been purchasing from this company for many years now. I would never buy my oils elsewhere, as the oils are always fresh compared to branded names I have tried. I have met the owner a few times years ago who is contagiously passionate about the products and unwittingly started my love of oils. My key words for this company is integrity, ethical and knowledgeable. I have recommended this company and products many times to friends who now also love the products and service. Gold medal!!! I am over 50 but every one says I look early 30's.

The products are good but don't bother contacting them as you will never get a reply (even after 2 emails to change an order quantity before shipping and requesting a refund). Such dire customer service. To then top it off it was over 2 months later that they raised my emails as 'tickets' and then a few days later closed them and didn't even contact me in-between. Only got the emails to tell me that the ticket was created and closed!

The pre-blended aromatherapy products are lovely. ☺️🙌🏼X

I have just completed the three day ‘make your own cosmetics’ course which was a very rewarding experience . Plenty of opportunity to learn so many different techniques and then take everything home! I have enough cream, conditioners and what not to last me a very long time!
I will recommend NaturallyThinking products and course to anyone.

Amazing and quick customer service. I needed to change my order from store collection to home delivery and this was done without any problems via the online chat

Attending this course was a great life experience which I believe will make great changes to how I make products , I had great insights to how products are made and what ingredients are used and why. I also had a great time with all the group members which was a bonus to my learning.
