I was looking for a particular sewing pattern and came across this shop via Google - I hadn't heard of them before but the reviews seemed good so I took a chance. Very glad I did! They had the pattern in stock at a cheaper price when other places were sold out, the dispatch and delivery was so quick, and everything was perfect with my order. I'll definitely be using Jaycotts again for future sewing supply orders (probably some notions for this particular pattern if I actually get round to making it!)

Fantastic company. They will always make sure your order is fulfilled properly and in a timely manner. If you have any questions they will answer promptly. On any occasion for anything you need you can email or call and speak to a real person.

Quality products & quality Customer Care. So lovely to be able to do an order over the telephone with a real HUMAN BEING instead of a Robot! Other companies could learn a lot from "Jaycotts" - where they recall the old adage, "The Customer is King". Speedy delivery too - ordered Friday lunchtime & delivered Saturday morning!

Order received on time. Standard of order excellent quality. Company very accommodating especially as I ordered the wrong thing. There was a no quibble response. Cannot praise Jaycotts enough. I love sewing & finding a haberdashery is almost impossible.

After a time of moving home & no sewing, I looked for a good,reliable supplier of sewing/haberdashery supplies online. I had not tried Jaycotts before, but they have an excellent selection, so I ordered sewing thread & various small items; seam ripper, marking pencil, tapestry needles. Delivery was fast & efficient, the one out of stock item was delivered the day after the first batch of items was received! I would definitely recommend them!

I have ordered online from Jaycotts several times and I cannot recommend them more highly. Their prices are very fair, as are postage costs, and they ship orders immediately. This will always be my go-to online shop.

Service was good order arrived quickly and well packaged. I am, concerned, about the order of a Janome pressure foot. The accessory was not wrapped in the normal janome packaging, it was not in any packaging and, I’m concerned I have been sent a generic pressure foot.

Purchased a selection of zips that I needed for repair projects and packed my sewing stuff away as I wasn’t expecting them to arrive for a few days.

Not even 24 hours later, they were delivered. Very good quality products, will definitely be ordering again.
