Experience with refunds for undelivered goods

I wanted to buy an Android display from XTRONS for my BMW. I had selected a model. I asked NAVI4ALL to check the compatibility. It was confirmed. The product was marked as in stock. So I placed the order and paid. Since I chose Google Pay, I paid an extra €9.98 for the transfer. That was on a Friday.

On Monday, I received an email that the product was out of stock and would no longer be available. I received an alternative offer. None of them suited me. I asked for a refund. NAVI4ALL resisted for a while and offered me an alternative product. I assured them that I was determined to wait for the successor to my selected product from XTRONS.

I then received an email about a refund. When nothing happened for a while, I asked when I could expect the money. I was told that they could not influence it and that I should contact PayPal. I received a PayPal ID case number from NAVI4ALL. The problem was that I had nothing to do with PayPal. I paid via Google Pay.

Nevertheless, I asked PayPal. I received information that NAVI4ALL should have sent the money, but they did not. I sent this answer to NAVI4ALL. Their response was that PayPal was lying. So I sent a new question to PayPal. They replied that I did not actually pay via PayPal, but via Google Pay and that I should therefore contact Google. They refused to talk to me further.

I found myself in a situation through no fault of my own where I have neither the product, nor the money, nor any information.

Finally, after 17 days, I received my money. But €40 less than I paid. Part of it was due to the Google Pay fee (€10) and the rest due to the unfavorable exchange rate € > CZK.

I based my information on the NAVI4ALL website that they had the selected product in stock, created an order, sent the money and paid the transfer fee. Only to find out later that I would not receive the product, I would be without money for a total of 3 weeks and would still have to pay €40 for this experience with NAVI4ALL.

I'm sorry, but I can't recommend NAVI4ALL for this experience.

EDIT: Strange that you wrote me a different version on 8.9. And that is that until you receive an order from a customer, you will not know if China will deliver the product to you. And that is exactly the problem. You are offering something that you do not have in stock, even though you claim otherwise. You are misleading the customer and only after he sends you the money do you find out if you will be able to deliver the goods.

You write that I thought about it for weeks. I first contacted you on 1.9. and I placed the order on 5.9. Seriously, weeks? If I plan to spend €500, I want to be sure.

This is sad, we refund a 100% of amount, we are not reponsible of payment methods fees or exchange rate in CZK.... you was going around during weeks to buy or not buy and finally when you buy another client was bough before, few minutes. We offer alternatives adn if not ok with you then refund which is what we did. Good luck in another stores with your weeks questions and doubts all answered in same day and with clear info. In this life one need to be fair.

We have 0 Euros from you so if you need to claim to someone do it to payment method you use.

Cheap Poor Products

I purchased a 12" screen for my GLC to use with CarPlay, but my experience has been frustrating from the start. The package included minimal instructions, and even after taking it to a professional installer, I had to reach out multiple times for further guidance and clarifications.

Within the first few months, the screen began experiencing issues—specifically, the sound would intermittently cut out on the right side of the car. While the company provided prompt responses, none of their suggested solutions resolved the problem. Eventually, they claimed the issue was due to poor installation.

Additionally, the included microphone was of poor quality, making phone calls nearly impossible to hear clearly, which rendered CarPlay useless. Over several months, I took my car to an electrician 4-5 times in an attempt to fix these issues. Each visit required opening the central console and working with the cables under the hood—an extremely time-consuming process.

After realizing I had purchased a defective product and was not going to receive a proper resolution, I decided to file a complaint with PayPal. Shortly after, I was blocked from their website, and my account was deleted. When I later contacted them again, they told me I needed to buy new cables.

While they did attempt to assist me, the reality is that their products are cheap knockoffs. Once you buy them, you may find yourself stuck trying to fix issues that cannot be resolved. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

Sadly there are people like this, PayPal close his claim due had no sense, all you know paypal, if paypal do that, is for something. First: This client (order 2023 year) damage in installation as is not an installer, when go to "installer" (was not an installer) he was damage already unit. Yes, we offer new cables but he never bought, who knows why. Second: But what is more, we sent an instllation and a setup instructions, but who care right? More than 20 times we answer to this client, he decide open a claim without sense which he lost for the no reasonable claim, no more to say. Third: The product purchases is probably the higher quality one possible for that car, best sell one, for even car dealers into the cars to improve the usually not good oem one. And finally: We highly suggest not sell to this buyer, only will have problems, no matter what you do. Good luck in your next purchases Marios.

Poor service

Object shown as "in stock", shipped from Europe on the website.
After 3 months, still not shipped from Germany (according to the tracking number provided).
According to the shop support it's hold for custom inspection in Belgium. No proof provided and obviously no custom within EU.
Support simply says to wait for release as it's not their responsibility. No information given if not challenged.
After 4 months of pressing, refund obtain.
