Ok; I've given 3 stars as a midway between zero customer support and a solid 5 for the product. I have download maps of Australia, Italy, Balkans, Western US and UK and they all install to W11 and work in Basecamp with no problem. Copying the *.img files to Oregon and zumo satnav also works fine. My Oregon wouldn't take the large original *.img file for Western US so I used Mapinstall to copy across just the tiles I needed from the copy installed on the PC. So for me, the download product is spot on and works fine on PC or device for road and hiking navigation, with a great range of POIs. As others have pointed out though, there seems to be zero customer support, all contact being unanswered. From a business perspective I'm fascinated; this is a fantastic product and with meaningful customer support it could make a lot of money...

I paid in full, and ordered a download, reciept 47427 account no 043611, it would not work or even download via the link, i then emailed, they said they would send me a card for my GPS, but nothing ever arrived, i emailed repeatedly, no reply, it has been 4 months, im very disappointed and would tell everyone, DONT TRUST this company

Everything seemed good - nice maps, no too slow downloading, installed the alps topo extra on my Epix 2. Deselected all the other maps - but nothing on the screen. So I emailed for help - no answer. Started paypal dispute resolution - got a quick answer - that didn't help. So now I've still payed over £40 for a map that doesn't work. I'm back on freizeitkarte for this trip and hope paypal sort the refund. AVOID
