I have been using my nail tools by Navy for a few years now and absolutely love them, the quality, the packaging, everything about this company. I have purchased 5 nails tools and have just received the weekly planner and I am in love! They have thought about so much, not only is it stunning it’s going to help me with my business with organisation and motivation so much. Thank you x

First discovered Navy cuticle balm via my gel nail therapist. I leave one in my car and one in my handbag....I lost the one in my car..due to my daughter liking it sooo much lol. As a retired NHS worker, I am now so happy at being able to have gel nails and regular nail treatments. I have never used a product that brings life back into my hands and cuticles the way the Navy products do. Yorkshire based too! Couldn't get any better...Thank you Navy team for a seamless ordering process and quick delivery 5🌟

In response to Navy’s response. Like other people have stated on their reviews, their customer service is shocking.
The emails I received were rude, condescending and mocking my complaint. They did nothing to resolve the issue but blame Royal Mail when I purchased from Navy so they should be responsible for how my products arrived. And if they arrive saturated to the point there’s a puddle, it isn’t “slightly wet”. They were meant to be hygiene wipes? What’s hygiene about it being left in the rain and soaked?
Claiming I asked for it to be left in a safe place when I was in the house.
“Ohh Hannah it is emails like that which remind me of what an awful world we do live in. I hope you have a good evening and that your box manages to dry out by the morning“ how professional! When I spent my hard earned money supporting their business. Avoid at all costs and buy from a company that respects your custom and has good customer service. Worst I’ve experienced. Laughable that their name is Navy “professional” when their customer service is far from it.

Navy have always had fantastic customer service. I have found them very responsive and quick to keep me updated on any delays. The staff are lovely and friendly and the tools are certainly worth waiting for. My most recent order was sent within an hour of ordering.

Navy are hands down my favourite brand to work with. The tools are not only beautiful but brilliant quality and all hand made in the UK. I know there has been mention of waiting times for tools (we have had covid too!) but that’s understandable considering they’re made by a small business. I really love all the hygiene products too (especially the wipes!) and those who know what the Navy scent is will understand my obsession with the candles/diffuser/oil. They’re a lovely company and their customer service is first class. I’ve just done a quick count on how many of their tools I own and it’s currently 22!!!! If you’re on the fence about ordering anything from Navy then I’d encourage you to go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased the Helen cuticle nippers last year. I sent them off on Friday to be sharpened and paid £9.99 online.
I received a call on Monday to say they was unrepairable and requested for the £9.99 I paid to be refunded.
I was heartbroken as I used these nippers for every set of nails and fell in love with my navy collection.
With Christmas being just a few weeks ago I wasn’t in a financial position to replace them just now.

This morning I opened my door to a delivery. A brand new set of Helen cuticle nippers and a lovely card inside to say sorry my nippers were unrepairable and enjoy my new pair as a gesture of goodwill. I couldn’t believe my luck.
After having a bad morning this certainly made my day/week.

Right from my first order back in 2019, the products have been a game changer for my manicures and my clients can tell the difference of me using high quality, hand made tools. What started with a Doris has made me want to purchase almost all of the tools because I know they will be amazing as well as all the hygiene and aftercare products for my clients.

I love my Navy Pro tools.. I have the whole lash tweezer range and they have been an absolute game changer, in the quality of my work and also after long days of lashing I have no cramps in my wrists/ fingers! I’d never use anything else. They have whole range of tweezers specialising in different aspects of the lashing which means you are easily able to tailor your sets, and use different isolation methods.

I have also invested in the manicure range - absolute beautiful prep work every time!!

I came across Navy Professional as I just stepped into the industry and wow what a game changer! I don’t know how i could ever go back to my old chunky stainless steel tools.

I now use all Navy’s tools for Manicures, Lashes and Brows. I literally couldn’t be without them. It’s also amazing to hear when speaking to others in the industry how much Navy has also changed their work for the better and made everything so effortless.

My clients love that I stock Navy’s cuticle balms, hand balms, lash serums etc… they literally fly off the shelves! Totally worth getting and adding into your clients aftercare advice.

Simply the best in the business I wouldn’t use anything else for my clients. From their sleek gold tools to their knowledge and advice on best practices that seem to have been forgotten about over the years Navy’s ethos is bang on.

I do brows and lashes (LVL) my favourite tools are the Mavis multi-tool for waxing and the Hettie point tweezers that are perfect at reaching the smallest of hairs.

I am so extremely pleased with every purchase I have made from Navy Professional! I have all of the lash tools and even after long 12 hour days of applying lash extensions I now no longer get cramp in my hands and wrists, they are so lightweight and are always a talking point with clients due to their gorgeous gold colour! I love to display mine on the Navy wooden wall plaque. I have used my navy tools for two years and have not needed to have them sharpened yet however I am contemplating getting a second set of all my favourite tools as I could never use another tweezer brand now!
Navy’s hygiene system has made cleaning tools much more time efficient and I can rest assured that my tools are built for professional use and they are sanitised properly for each client.

As well as the lash tools, I also have brow and nail tools and have recently even bought my fiancé his own pair of Hettie brow tweezers after he was always pinching mine!!

Navy has the best customer service team, everybody is always extremely friendly and accommodating, I chose to order from Navy as it is a family run UK business and I love that all the tools are manufactured in the UK, they give back and support their own local businesses in Yorkshire and each tool is named after someone special in founder Rebecca’s life. It’s all the little personal details that make you feel a part of the Navy family too.
