In response to Navy's response to my previous review....Navy were not very helpful with the stockist who did get in touch with you directly but you simply washed your hands of the situation with the customer and the stockist being just another £ symbol to Navy.

Again....I do not rate Navy's customer service or cuticle balm

very slow delivery, expect to wait over a quarter of a year!!!

I purchased a cuticle pusher and nippers from navy pro over 13 weeks ago and I am still waiting for one of the items.
To wait over a quarter of a year is just ridiculous, if you are in a hurry for these tools I wouldn’t bother.
I personally won’t be ordering any of the other tools I wanted because of this reason.
I thought it was a 4 week wait (which is long enough)
I waited 7 weeks for the cuticle pusher and got a Yorkshire tea bag as compensation. 🥴
I will say the tools are nice and good quality so didnt mind paying the premium prices but the ridiculous wait times really let the company down.
When I contacted the company asking about where my order is I got the same response about they are hand finished by professionals, take off bank holidays, they shut for xmas etc etc, it was still late despite all of that.
Navy pro is clearly just a distributor and I’m not sure why they are not buying the products in advance so they have in stock for customers.
If you order from this company allow an extra 4 weeks for delivery.

Hygiene kit not worth the price tag

Beautiful tools but the hygiene kit is very disappointing.
Step 2 dries out very quickly and in my opinion is not worth the price tag. Unfortunately I would not recommend it.

misleading wait times

agree with previous review seems lovely company but one item (advertised as shipped in 2-5 working days) still hasn't arrived 1 month later. other item good quality but not worth the expense in my opinion.

Still waiting......

Whilst the company’s branding and packaging when they send the items your order out is lovely and the products (when received) are great. Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my order nearly 6 months on. If orders can’t be fulfilled I think that they shouldn’t be taken. I’ve had no personal email explaining the whereabouts of my order just generic ones. When your spending so much money I think I little better communication. I’d be very surprised if there’s any gesture of a complimentary gift for the ridiculous wait too! All of which you would kind of expect from a company of this calibre. Maybe more time spent on customer service and not so much on social media?
