I spoke to Eric this morning as I was worried that I had not paid my charge at NCP Bromley because of a damaged numberplate. Eric was very considerate and sorted out the problem straight away. He sent me a link to pay the charge.

I have booked a session for 8 pm(17/4/“) to 4pm (18/4) but i couldn’t take the car at time, i had to extrnd the parking for around 6 hours. I called the customer care and Enquired for the settlement of the payment of extra hours(around 6hours) which was not pre booked, but the executive who spoke with me had put another active session for 24 hours starting at that moment and charged me for a full day (11:15am 19/4 to 11:15am 20/4)

Eric was calm and helpful and kindly dealt with my query, which was to see if I could back-pay a drop-off charge I'd forgotten to pay at the time (having arrived in the middle of the night). He took my details, told me which page to access online and negotiated with the late payments team. Thank you for your help.

The pay machine didn’t show the correct amount. The call for assistance button on the pay machine was broken. I found a phone number on the exit barrier machine so I called it. Sam, who took the call, was very helpful, found the correct rate for me and issued a new ticket.
