NCP 

First time I have used the app. Park Now came up with a barcode.Expected APRN and ticket issue and barrier to raise. Five attempts to scan barcode -nothing. Pressed button for normal non app entry. Cost £3.90 for 5 mins over 1 hour. NCP really need to sort out their website: app and everything else

Shocking experience with NCP: I was compelled to use their Complaints Service in The Philippines. Weirdly, the Complaints Team in Manila advised me repeatedly that NCP did not have a Complaints Team!

They further advised me that 'a manager' would phone me back the following day. That was more than a week ago.

I have requested a recording of my phone calls to Manila, and this was promised. But no confirmation has been provided in writing despite numerous requests.

The upshot is that I will never use a NCP car park again. They are a fundamentally dishonest and disreputable company. Shame on them for their non-existent customer service.

Wow, I’d give zero stars if I could. NCP’s autopay function isn’t working. It says pay by app, but that also isn’t working. So you get overcharged when you have to pay by machine. Then when you use the chat function to complain, nobody answers for hours. When they finally do, the chat is closed 3 minutes after their eventual reply for ‘non-response’. Avoid this clearly-failing company like the plague and use one of the many other car park companies out there instead, you’ll be glad you did. I wouldn’t be surprised if NCP goes bust pretty soon, no company can operate as abysmally as this for long.

NCP autopay Gatwick. Computer error does not take the payment, therefore I am fined (3 months later). This is happening too often for it to be a random error. Quick money making scheme if everyone just pays the £15 fine??

Started out good. However, redeemed points Tuesday, October 3, 2023, for $25 PayPal and haven't received payout, as of today, Saturday, October 14, 2023. No reason for nearly two week wait time for any payout, but especially NOT for PayPal payout. No resolve from support. Low incentives and few gift cards/payout options. Other apps I use payout in hours or 2-3 days at most.

Scam operation. Machine took card details then stated operation complete but no ticket given. I stood in front of their camera whilst I phoned them - no answer. I then decided to move my car out of their car park then checked my bank. No money paid out. Then I checked their website before paying online. It said no invoice found. 3hours later I checked online again. Still no invoice found. So could not pay at all if I had to. Month later I received a fine for just being there. Total scam.

Very difficult to pay later or get a response on line and by phone - gave up and had to return to the car park to pay

Used the NCP barrier less parking at Epsom which was full of pigeons. The app. still shows 2 active parking sessions and I cannot cancel these. Tried NCP customer help line and was on the phone 45 mins without an answer. So according to NCP app my hire car is still in the car park? It's actually returned to Gatwick. Terrible service, terrible app and zero customer service.

I have just signed up to NCP app as I use their car park weekly and decided to set up an account so I don’t need to get a ticket from the machine . I used the car park this week only to find out through a chat message that I can’t pay using my account as this car park is not part of the payment scheme. Apparently I will now receive a fine, although I have a card set up with NCP to pay. Back to the machine tomorrow.
I have now received a chat message from NCP explaining that I can use the train company website to pay which I have done.

£16 to stay in your car park for 3 hours 20 minutes in Sheffield City Centre.

Just booked online for Scarborough and immediately cancelled as their prehistoric emails of my booking don't even show my QR code!! Rubbish won't be back!

Never use an ncp carpark, I was 15 mins late back from the dentist, ncp sent me a fine, I appealed, they ignored it and set bwlegal criminals on me, eventually after refusing offers they got brighton court to issue an order to pay £212,robbery for 15 minutes parking. Anyone got the name and address of the owners of ncp carparks and bwlegal?

I received a parking penalty because of a medical emergency and I emailed in to the appeals department and they waived the fee, I very much appreciate your understanding of my situation so therefore I can’t complain I’m very impressed with the service I received…I thank you kindly

Well where do you start in this day an age where anybody who is registered disable the one company who actively discourage travel by disabled people is this company they falsely claim you can get help if you are a blue badge holder in being dropped off or picked up by blue badge are greatly missed firstly trying to register your blue badge is a nightmare most places whether our local hospital or shopping mall you just need to enter the badge number or possibly show an attendant the badge but jobs worth ncpask you to enter number number which is no problem but then they ask for a clear photo of the front and back of badge now the problem started here as if you take a photograph clearly showing details if the file is too big website will not except ,if you send in the normal photo format despite stating the format (jpg) is exceptable when you try to send this format is not exceptable but if you ring ncp to complain they claim it is the airports fault yet the web page is clearly marked as NCP parking ,but contact the airport in this case Gatwick they say no as ncp is the administrator it is ncp who is responsible so it is pass the buck with ncp not giving an care at their inability to administer any thing yet Luton airport despite having administration by ncp clearly states you do not have to register you automatically get reduced parking if you display blue badge somebody needs a jobsworth award or the government to I force the 2010 equal opportunities act

After Gatwick auto pay to NCP for ridiculous terminal drop off charges failed (again) I post paid with apple pay which 'failed' so then paid with credit card and still didn't get a receipt. It turned out they took payment from both so owed me a refund that I have been pursuing with every ounce of evidence needed. I keep getting stalling emails asking for more information? NOW over 2 months later I received a fine for non payment? I appealed and this was rejected (still no refund for over payment?). I have had to pay as if escalation to their chosen complaint service fails you can't pay the reduced amount. This is an utter disgrace and dreadful stress - and guess what you can't phone or talk to anyone.

All NCP Online for all sweepstakes and all drawings are completely SCAM and CON ARTIST !!!! No one can winner any moneys, gift cards and stuffs. All NCP Online employees are still CRACKHEAD DRUGS USERS like Meths, Rocks, and Cocaines. I can guarantee you. I can promise you. All NCP Online employees don’t want giveaway to anyone the moneys. All NCP Online employees want hold their moneys to spend the drugs to smoke for high and high. That exactly what they want. All NCP Online employees will continue use everyone’s knowledge. I can guarantee you. I can promise you !!!

I parked regularly at the NCP in Exeter as it's near my work, and I always pay for the time parked. So I was very surprised to receive two demand letters from the NCP recently saying I'd parked without payment on two consecutive days.
They demanded payment of £100 for each day of alleged non-payment. When I sent them proof of my payment for both days (proof issued by their systems) I expected a cancellation for these mistaken charges, but also an apology.

However, all I got was the cancellations!!

No apology at all for these errors or the stress this brought to me. They only suggested I park carefully in the future!!!! This was your mistake NCP.

What a rubbish way to treat customers.

I absolutely love being a member of NCP, or as it's also known as, National Consumer Panel. This is a website where you use their app on your phone, or tablet, or they will send you a scanner, which is what I use. After shopping for yourself or your household, you scan (Or transmit) your purchases back to NCP, who then sends the information back to the different companies, whose products we buy. You get Points for each week you Transmit, and they have Legitimate Sweepstakes, where any of their users can win, and they do have surveys, which are usually relevant to your household. You can order Gifts with your points, or use them towards Sweepstakes, and they add up quickly! Also, Customer Service is great! They Will/Do send a reply. Since we all pretty much go shopping, we might as well get something out of it. NCP is a fun and easy way to earn points for rewards (Gifts) or maybe you'll win one of the Sweepstakes, like I did. Yes, I really did win! I highly recommend them to everyone!! You will get rewarded at NCP...
