If I could give them zero I would.
Wig came and was not the cut or colour pictured. They offered 10% refund or return to China at my own expense. Pathetic. Spent 124 bucks will get 12 back and will be throwing product in garbage.

Don't buy from this website. They sent me the wrong wig and have made it impossible to return. I've had 22 emails with them trying to get an address to return it to and all they do is offer some small refund ($50) to keep it. I kept insisting I wanted a full refund and address to ship it, but they ignore my request. This site should be shut down. TOTAL SCAM

Complete scam as per emails below. wrong color wrong cut synthetic hair(not real). Billed my CC from HongKong.

I wish I had read these reviews before. I ordered a wig and they have sent the wrong one. Color was right but not layered. Size is wrong and length was 20 inch instead of 14 inch. Would not let me return. Several emails later they convince me to give them 150.00 to make the right wig and they sent me an even worse one. Wrong color this time, not layered, large instead of petite. Customer service is a scam. These people need to be reported and web site taken down. DO NOT buy from them. They send you whatever they want. Horrible company.

ncwig.com should have zero stars . They are a total scam company. They don't send what was ordered and then you find that the return page on the website is impossible to use because they have removed 1 box that is needed to finish the form making it impossible to send. Then they offer 15 % refund . Total scam

First thing I noticed too late that there are multiple sites with the same web site different names. For the most part the site is well presented but I say it is a scam in so much as you do not get what you order. If you complain they do respond but will not replace the product but try and get you to accept even if it’s 3 sizes too big, wrong colour and cap. Basically I would advise anyone to stay away and only go to sites that are name brand or highly recommended. This site is too sketchy.

My grandmother ordered two wigs from Ncwig. They weren't as advertised (cut of the hair) and didn't fit her well. Their website states "Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean or defective products by USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. Returns made within 15 days upon receiving the shipment will be issued a refund to the original form of payment." When we tried to start a return, their website has mandatory fields which don't exist so you cannot actually submit a return. We contacted them asking for next steps to return (within the 15 days), they would never provide the steps for returning the wigs. Instead, after 15 emails sent to them, they are only offering a 35% return. Do not buy wigs from this site if you would like to return them. The return policy on their website isn't what they actually offer.
