The quality of the products, simply gorgeous. The packing very good. Ordering online simple and information about the products and how to use them very good. My only disappointment is the rewards system whereby the purchase I made at the same time as joining the loyalty scheme wasn't applied.

I love the large refill bottles of the hand wash. This is the only handwash I've found so far that doesn’t leave my hands dry, cracked, peeling and very sore.

I love the quality and packaging of the product.The staff who served me was very welcoming offering me tea.
I like that you recycle your lovely blue bottles and love how you use them in the shop.
It would be lovely if you showed people how to make the pendant light you have in the new Oxford shop.
The only thing I don’t like is your location in westgate in Oxford. It is a terrible wind tunnel of a place, th high street was much better.

I’ve tried every moisturiser out there and this is the best for mature skin and it smells devine too.
