I ordered the challenge pass and the wizard EA. The challenge was passed same day as ordering and only took 15 mins or so. Chad is quick to respond and just seems like a top guy. I had an issue setting up the wizard EA and he didn't hesitate to call me right away and walk me through it. Very happy with both products that I bought.
