To the people who have purchased from them I too got scammed. How can we stop them? I’ve been in contact with them since April and I get the rundown. I’ve asked for a refund and get no answer. They say to be patient. Rubbish!!

If I could give this company minus stars then I would. The company I mean is CHICYLOOK I am annoyed at myself for being so gullible to have ordered and annoyed too at facebook for not vetting advertisers.

I ordered a dress in July, it was delayed, when it arrived, it was extremely poor quality and nothing like the photo. I contacted them to organise a return, which initially they tried to avoid by asking me what the problem was, they then sent me an address to return it to: Receiver: Mr Li

which I did at a cost of £9.10 and then It got returned to me 5 months later unopened. As far as I can tell they are dishonest crooks, do not buy from this site.

Beware of this company. Waited six weeks for my order and the sandals were rubbish. Nothing like what was advertised. Emailed asking for refund but they wont answer.

Received my sandles today after 3 months waiting, what a load of rubbish wish I hadn't bothered. They are nothing like what I thought they would be. I will not be wearing them, Dustbin for these

I left a review like everyone else, Same problems. I ordered in May.
Went through all the mails and promises.
Today September 10th they arrived. WOW

I must say I received a decent mail last week saying they were on there way, seemed to be from another company taken over I would have said. Seemed more promising. 😇 and here they are.
Not great quality though, not worth the £18 at all No support in them at all. Rubbish.

I ordered my sandals end of June for the summer still have not received them. Now I've read the company has ceased to trade!

I did get some emails from them about 6weeks ago saying they had been sent and to check with the postal company. Now looking back I wish they had been honest and straight up and explained what was going on. I'd have been a little understanding. Instead of feeding me some BS.
So it looks like my hard earned money has gone down the drain. Maybe this company has been scammed only God knows. I'm hoping they have the decency to refund everyone's money.

I am in the same boat as many others !!! I also ordered 2 pair of the sandals back in June and have NOT received them. I’m reporting them to my credit card company and Facebook officials !!! I have had communication with them through emails and they assured me I will receive my sandals after all of the Federal steps they have to pass. This is a BOGUS company ! I think it is terrible they take advantage of the middle class people, who work hard for their money and want something nice and get screwed over !!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!! They are advertising their items on other sites such as “”TOPHATTER”” for $13. Now you tell me what is going on !!!!! They do NOT deserve to be rated !!!!

I wish Id read reviews before I was stupid enough to order. Ordered two pairs of sandals on the 4th June - they arrived today (29th August) - one pair too small, one pair too big. Cheap and nasty quality and stinking of cheap glue. Tried to send email about returning them, but discovered they have ceased trading.....hardly surprising. Sandals now in the charity bag. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Don't get excited but after posting on here that I received a small heart shaped thing, my sandals have arrived and definitely made in china!! Very plastic looking, zero comfort and the sole does not even bend. It's like walking on 2 concrete blocks. They also smell very strongly of glue. These have gone straight in the bin. Lesson learnt when ordering things like this again!

Same as Barbara Watson Browning. How I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered a pair of sandals June 13, 2019. They are very prompt in answering their emails and that is all they good at. Two lessons I have learned from them, is to never buy over Facebook and never never purchase anything from China. I didn't realize they were coming from China. Can't cancel the order. They don't accept cancellations. Scam - don't order from this company. One star is too much. They deserve negative stars.

I purchased sandals 3 months ago. Still hae not received them. Communication has ceased and unable to cancel any order. Total scam!!

The only reason they have a star is because I can’t right a review till I rate them.
This company is a scam so please do not buy from them.
I bought a pair of sandals in June I insisted they give me a refund when the goods failed to arrive after numerous emails of the same old Bullsh@t I’ve now emailed The Attorney general of California to report these thieves.
To tell them they are not supplying any goods but taking everyone’s money.
I’m still as of today getting same Bullsh@t emails telling me there’s a delay.
After reading all your reviews it’s pretty obvious they are out rob everyone.

Oh Boy WHY didn't I read reviews first! I ordered sandals beginning of summer and am still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As others have said I had a reply saying out of stock and then when I asked again 6 weeks later they said they were on the way.
What a CON.

Dont even deserve 1 star, omg I really wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. What scam artists these people are. Took approx 10 wks to arrive, that's because they came from China which was most definitely not mentioned when ordering. Next they are nothing like the description they are absolute rubbish they didn't even send correct size. I paid through PayPal so am hoping to be able to return and get a refund. I really cant explain how angry I am at being conned.
