Beware! They supplied the wrong product and then didn't respond to my queries at all.
I wanted to order a battery for my TomTom GO400. I queried the fact that their picture of the battery for that model differed from the one on another website.
When I received no reply I took a chance and ordered it anyway.
When it finally arrived in South Africa (with added freight and custom charges) it actually was the wrong battery.
Once again I emailed them and once again I received no response whatsoever. What arrogance! What a despicable lack of client service!

I ordered a replacement battery pack for a very old and outdated PocketPC. First one didn't work, they sent a second one immediately.
As this one didn't work either, they refunded me. No hazzle, no discussions.
Fast, reliable, very nice & kind!

Order was for 2x Sony VTC5A 18650 batteries. Both batteries failed after two weeks despite max demand on each battery only being ~3.4A. They were used in a triple battery vape setup where max wattage was 40. (hence 10A/3). VTC5A batteries were rated for 35A on nedro.nl and my batteries failed within 2 weeks at 1/10th its rated spec.

Nice to see you have all kind of laptop batteries, mobile phone batteries, AAA penlites and ather consumer cells. NedRo.nl has also very good consumer prices.

Although delivery time is already being mentioned in the product's description, I consider 3 weeks as being too much for a product which is in stock.
