Lack of communication
It's been a little over 2 weeks, and I understand they were off for the holidays, but when I emailed them to ask about shipping, since I never got any communication at all, they just said it would be soon, since they were off for the holiday. After a few days I emailed again just asking if they could give me an estimated time frame and I feel their response was rude and they didnt give me any idea how long (i basically wondered from when its shipped, how long does it usually take)... I dont think I would order from them again. They started the email with "Like I said"... I wouldnt even say that to a friend, let alone a customer. This was for my 13 year old, he is the one who paid for it and he was excited for it.
* I finally got my record after a month. The usps tracking had it back and forth all over the state for a week.
