It's been a little over 2 weeks, and I understand they were off for the holidays, but when I emailed them to ask about shipping, since I never got any communication at all, they just said it would be soon, since they were off for the holiday. After a few days I emailed again just asking if they could give me an estimated time frame and I feel their response was rude and they didnt give me any idea how long (i basically wondered from when its shipped, how long does it usually take)... I dont think I would order from them again. They started the email with "Like I said"... I wouldnt even say that to a friend, let alone a customer. This was for my 13 year old, he is the one who paid for it and he was excited for it.
* I finally got my record after a month. The usps tracking had it back and forth all over the state for a week.

I used needlejuice a lot of times now. Their products always sound great, especially their vinyls. The only downside is the unbearable waiting time. Their website states, that international shipping takes about two weeks, when in reality, it´s closer to three to four months. Once I had to wait almost half a year to get my vinyl. When the products arrive, there is never any damage, and everything works perfectly.

I ordered two cool lemon demon CD's and a tally hall sticker from them and waited. Kept waiting. No way to check shipping or where it was. No communication from them. Sent them a friendly email to be met with silence. I'm sad now and I don't have any of the CD's or stickers I ordered. This is sad. Please help me.

Order was never delivered. I had backed a Kickstarter for Friday Night Funkin which included a vinyl and some other goodies from Needlejuice Records. The order was never delivered, the date in which it specified it was delivered had never come on the day, since then I have moved and had communicated with them my new address. They have recently notified me that they're reshipping it, but it's being shipped to the same address they shipped it to before, not the new one which I had updated them about and included in the portal provided to me through the Kickstarter. Feels like I lost my money, not happy with the communication which is a shame because their products look really good, so I am hoping to intercept the delivery to the new address but it is looking quite bleak.

EDIT: Product was finally delivered, Needlejuice responded and resent the order which arrived in a timely manner. They arrived in great condition and thanks to Needlejuice for responding.

First they have great and unique products that can't find any where else. But, I preordered some vinyl in February and it was suppose to be shipped in May. But apparently they were doing an office move and didn't communicate this with their customers. I had to start reaching out on my own to figure out why I have not received my son's birthday present that was due in May. It is now August it still hasn't been shipped. They say it's shipping this month. Very frustrating cuz I could have bought the vinyl somewhere else for my son's birthday. It would have costed me more but at least I would have had it. Very disappointed in their professionalism with communication and shipping their products when promised. I don't think their office move should have become my problem. And no sorry no nothing just oh it will be shipped in August and prior to that it was supposed to be shipped in June and then July. So if I don't receive it this month I want a refund . And unfortunately I will never order from needle juice records ever again. I feel like they were more concerned about our money and their needs than their customers. Sad cuz I really like all the unique stuff that they have.

This company knows what to put out! Their style of marketing is very unique and the look as well as the quality of their products are top-notch.

There are some really good deals, too. I'm sad about the shipping being so expensive but I don't think they have a say in it, it is what it is.

they make beautiful cds, cassettes and vinyl records. i bought their tally hall pressings, they are high quality and they have a nice design. it's a good label, would reccomend to anyone.
