Cancellation

I have requested this to be canceled three months in a row. I actually talked to a representative finally last month and he assured me I would have no more charges and yet on September 20 they took another $18.95 out of my bank, I believe this is a scam and especially to seniors that’s homebound. I asked my daughter if she had got this for me absolutely not. I am 81 disabled senior citizen that doesn’t do any of this stuff so beware to anyone out there. These people will lie to you and don’t carry out your request I can’t get it canceled .

A subscription I never signed up for

A subscription I never signed up for.
I haven’t ever heard of this company and don’t even use streaming websites.
I noticed this charged started occurring when I was in USA. I am from the UK and have been using my Revolut card over there with no issues. I checked my bank account and noticed 24,99 from pickpressplay.com and decided to block it whilst I was out there as I didn’t know what this was at the time. I come home and weeks later they still are trying to charge me 24,99 for a “subscription”.
I went to the website to see what this company was as I haven’t heard of it. And then went to the webchat service to speak to someone about why I am being charged.
They couldnt tell me the IP address which was used to “sign up on thier website” for this service which I haven’t ever used or recognise. I know I haven’t been on this site before because they mentioned I had signed up on the 9th May 2024 to which I was at a shopping mall in San Diego at this tome so certainly wasn’t signing up to any streaming websites.
After a battle on webchat to explain this wasn’t ever me using my details to join and threatening to escalate, it just so happens I get refunded all the money straight away ….. dodgy people using peoples personal data. Scammers

An endless subscription I never ordered

Tried the service in 2018 but cancelled immediately as they did not show the series I was interested in.
So far so good, subscription was cancelled by them.
Suddenly they start charging me subscriptions as from september 2023, without me ever taking a subscription, not even being on their website at all (had forgotten all about them, as a matter of fact).
Took a hell of a lot emails, but in december 2023, they paid back all wrongly deducted amounts. And they promised three times the subscription (I didn’t took) was cancelled and I was assured my account was blocked and no further charges would be deducted.
But, alas, as from January, they have been deducted subscription charges monthly again.
So right now, writing endless emails again. They promised and assured me all was cancelled on 19/03/24 … only to charge again on 20/03/24 …
Received no refunds at all since January, even though they promised again and again. They keep on assuring all is ok, but they don’t provide any further details nor assistance, let alone pay back what they stole.
They don’t take the effort to really look into the problem and solve it.
Highly unprofessional behaviour.
One advice: don’t take a subscription. Ever.
