I've used this brand for years and can say the quality of the vest is unbelievable the fit and cut is second to none just purchased a fresh one but the rest are still going strong used on a daily basis keep up the good work guys and cant wait to see what you guys come up with next 5 star all day every day

Amazing leggings! I’m so fussy what leggings I wear they have to be high waisted and non see through when bending over, finally found a make with a variety of colours! Highly recommend! I’m a size 10 and wearing size small in these leggings

Fabulous. Delivery very quick. I ordered a size large leggings as I am size 12/14 5ft 6” height, but next time will try the medium. The fit is great, wore them to spin.

They don't reply to emails, but the product is excellent quality and postage speedy. I didn't get a dispatch note however.

So, last week I was promised a refund by Tuesday. Surprise, surprise, nothing! I will now take the next steps with Trading Standards and let them deal with you. I will not be taking down my reviews - if you cannot keep your side of a promise then why should I?

Extremely disappointed. My daughter has spent hundreds of pounds on orders but her order from November has still not been delivered. Despite dozens of calls and emails no one ever responds. Sad part is they have an avid fan who loves their gym range and would continue to buy but right now will need to go down the legal route to recover her funds. Would not recommend as it is a lottery of your order will arrive despite them having your money !

I am writing a review after months of no contact. I received a pair of their pink sparkle leggings. I thought the material was good but they just weren’t a good fit on me so I returned them. They arrived on the 25th of January and I returned them on the 30th of January; as I still have my proof of return. I waited for my email to say they had recieved my returns, but I heard nothing. I waited for two weeks and still hadn't heard anything so I emailed and waited for a reply which said up to 2-3 days. A week later still nothing. I have since emailed a further 7 times with no reply only to receive the same email saying we will respond in 2-3 days we are really busy.
I believe it is false advertising to say you have 30,000 happy customers but you can’t tend to the ones who have a simple request. It is now nearing the end of March it should not take this long to respond to a customer. I do not advise people to shop on this website.

I thought I would leave a review as I was extremely annoyed with the service from neoactive. I received my order and was disappointed with the quality of items. The legging were see through and were loose at the bottom which I did not like. So on the 22nd of February I returned my items recorded delivery. I waited for two weeks and hadn't heard anything so I checked the tracking service and royal mail has left a 'sorry we missed you card' on the 24th Feb. This was now the 12th march. I emailed that day and waited for a reply which said up to 3 days. A week later still nothing. I emailed a further 4 times with no reply, left messages on their Instagram and Facebook..still nothing. Finally I left a review here. No surprise that I was contacted within a day, like I had read on other reviews. I was contacted via WhatsApp which I found really unprofessional. I have never had a company contact me via WhatsApp. Anyway I explained my frustration and the I was told there was severe staffing issues along with severe stock issues And someone in the building stealing taking their returned items. Now I am sorry but just too many excuses for my liking! And if that was the case, I courtesy post on social media to let people know of any problems would have been appropriate..not ignoring customers. So after this I was told that I WOULD NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND UNTIL I TOOK DOWN THE POST AS IT WAS DAMAGING TO THE BUSINESS!!! IM SORRY BUT THATS NOT HOW RETAIL WORKS!!! I was furious and but ended up removing the post just to get my refund. My advice is to save your money and the hassle and buy your gym gear else wear.

I made a bad raiting here earlier becaurse i never get my big ordre after i have wait for 3 months and i have send them a lot of emails and they never responded my emails. So as i made a rewiew here at trust pilot.Then the contact me and tell me to cancel my raiting here at trust pilot and then they will send my ordre! And i got my ordre except 1 pair of tights.And i write to them again several times but they dont answer me again!! I will never buy from them again they are terrible. Such a bad company. Dont spend your money there never!! I still wait for my last pair of tights:-((

Originally received my order (24777) of two pairs of leggings which I returned for an exchange and partial refund over two months ago. I have not had any response what so ever !
Shocking customer service skills, I am so angry with how unprofessional this company is. If only I had read the reviews before hand. Stay clear and do not give them a penny of your money, it will be wasted.

I ordered back in November was given some sh!t about it being a pre order but never saw this online, anyways I waited til Jan and was getting replies saying they would be delivered soon. In the meantime I was relocating from London to Australia, they said if I paid a small extra delivery amount I could have them delivered there instead - stupidly I handed over more money to this sham of a company! I’ve had no reply to any emails but I did get a dispatch notice about 8 weeks ago, lol! Nearly 5 months later still nothing and no one is replying to me, p!88takers

Bad service and no contact...
I have order leggings on 22nd february , and still I didn't get them... I write 3 e-mail and didn't get any respond... the worst company from which I ordered.

Awesome unique leggings that are squat proof and not see through in any way. Very flattering, always get complimented when wearing them. So comfortable and fit like a second skin. The material works wonders with your figure. Speedy delivery and the company is such a pleasure to do business with.
