I love my leggings and crop top purchased from Neo active wear and would highly recommend them. I have had several compliments when wearing the outfit. Happy customer 😊

Easy to order and good delivery service! No complaints would order from them again and good prices too! Also got a packet of Haribo in my delivery which was a nice touch :)

Worst Company I ever ordered from! No answers! No refund!

Worst Company I ever ordered from! No refund! No answer!
I'm sick to my stomach that I have to deal with this SH!T.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggins back when their name was still nero activewear during a sale. I ordered the F17 leggings and the Dusk leggings in red. I only every received the dusk leggings but never the F17.
Tried to contact them several times without success. No answer on instagram, facebook or email.
The delivery state is (of course) fulfilled. That is SOMEHOW true, because they sent a package, but still it only ever contained just 1 leggings.
I let time pass and lost hope. Now that they changed their name I thought I'll give them a try again and contact them again. Still nothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed my order on December 30th 2017
It was supposed to arrive by jan 14th 2019.
We are in March, still hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed 10+ times no response, I’ve called it’s a automated service so I’ve left voicemails with no response, I’ve text it bounced back. I’ve DM them and commented on photos on instergram with no response. This is a scam! I want my money back.

Still the worst customer service

You can change your name but it doesn't make you a better company. Former Nero, still the same SH!TTY customer service.
I guess only influencers and ambassadors get their outfit while "us normal people" won't get our products, our money back or even a reply. So unless you've got a special deal with Neo Activewear, I suggest you find some other company to shop from.

PS; Really funny how their home page says 8000+ reviews and a 5 star top - Seriously guys? You're not even average here at Trustpilot, you've got more bad reviews than good ones!

Horrendous customer service

I ordered a pair of leggings over a month ago! Paid £40 for them and didn’t receive them! I have tried to contact them both via email and WhatsApp and have received absolutely no response! I am appalled and disgusted, I fully intend to take matters further! I will be making an official complaint, taking up legal action! I want my money back!

Clearly the same Nero Apparel company rebranded as must be drowning in their bad previous reviews. I would understand if they would have made effort to get better but doesn't look like it. I ordered my leggings and top in November mid and received it in and of Jan. No contact no replies, even tried their Facebook and left comments under their posts saying I want a refund, nothing. I actually lost hope and was getting a refund through my credit card provider. All in all first and last experience, no fate to buy from them again.

Be warned!!

I have made several attempts to receive a refund after paying for items that did not arrive.
I fully intend to take this matter further and have kept all correspondence including email trail without response.

I paid for items, did not receive and now they will not even respond to me.

no sign of my stuff!

bought some work out gear for my girlfriend and paid for 2-3 day delivery and still waiting for product to be shipped. tried contacting supplier and absolutely no word back! worst company ever! tried trusting them again as they changed name and said they had changed as a company, clearly not! don't waste your time or money on this as you can get better gear else were with less hassle!! if i could i would give zero stars as that is what they deserve!!

It's a scam. Do not use this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Paid for 2 pair of pants for my girlfriend in December, we are now in March & not received anything. Lucy who seems to be the only one who works there keeps promising of refunds & deliveries but still not received anything. The only time they have contacted me is when I leave a negative review. This seems to be a scam to take your money & give you false promises. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I ordered a few weeks back...theyve taken the money but still no items...ive emailed 4 times and still no reply.....absolute disgusting for a company who claims they will stay in contact and let you know when items get despatched or will be delayed!do not order from this company they dont deliver!!!!!!!!!

No service at all!!!

Update 8th of April.
Three months have passed since I made the order and it has still not arrived even though I received an email after several complaints (per email, comments and DM's on both Facebook and Instagram) where they wrote that they had delivery issues and the order would properly arrive by the end of March. In their email they also told me to DELETE this review otherwise I would NOT get the refund which I have been asking for.
I wrote them back that I would NOT delete the review until I got my money and now they are continuing to ignore my further complaints and it seems like they have blocked me on Facebook as I am not able to comment on their profile anymore.
I have NEVER experienced anything like this, it's the worst customer service I have EVER experienced, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone actually I would use them as a case for bad business and customer service.

Made an order on the 8th of January, received one email a week later about delays and have heard nothing from them since.
Their website says that the orders are delayed due to massive pre-order but it should have been shipped mid-February, but here in start march I still haven't received my order.
I have sent several emails, commented on Instagram, sent a direct message on Instagram and posted on Facebook, without any replies at all about my order.

It's rare I meet this kind of service, but this sucks big time.
Don't sell products if you can't deliver!

Is there a phone number because I’ve already sent a couple of emails to different addresses, but no response.
I ordered my leggings on the first of February but I’ve never got them!
This is the first time, because the last time I got my order on time..

Unacceptable customer service.
Ordered December 20, and received 20 February.
Told I would be offered a generous discount but offered nothing.
Avoid buying from them.
The quality of the items are completely horrible.

WORST SERVICE EVER!

A month ago I ordered a legging and a sportstop. I didn’t like them so I sended them back. First Neo Activewear refused to take my package, but after a few phonecalls with the shipping company, they finally accepted the package after three times offering it to them. Now, a month and a few emails later I still don’t have my money back!!! They don’t respond to any of my emails and phonecalls

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM NEOACTIVE, THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS AND ARE STILL TAKING MONEY.They are still advertising and are still charging but there are no goods, they are scamming thousands, I have reported them to my bank and I have now been reimbursed by them, so please share and do not buy.
