Crap company

Rude customer service. Item ordered arrived unassembled and in defect condition. Neobits woukd only issue credit minus shipping and 20% restocking fee. Total crap.

Ordered a Samsung Digital Flipchart…

Ordered a Samsung Digital Flipchart (not an inexpensive piece of equipment), probably would have bought 10 more if the service was good. 3 days after purchasing, I received a call from their customer service department, trying to verify the shipping address (I was okay with this, different business address vs billing address.) The item was supposed to ship next day. 11 days go by between ordering, and when we finally we hear back from them, after 3 phone calls and 3 emails, in the form of an email saying they're out of stock, and to buy a more expensive model. Called to share the frustration and they rudely said there was nothing to do, tried to cancel the order, and they said the only way to do that was to reply to the email they sent 11 days after purchase to cancel. Still unknown when/how we cancel and get our money back. This experience is widely shared across the customer review sites, having now checked on them. Highly advise to stay away.

I ordered 6 M.2 drives at a great…

I ordered 6 M.2 drives at a great price, and they sent me ones half the size of the ones I paid for.They would not send me the correct ones, they said it was a pricing error on the website. I returned them with their shipping label. The FEDEX website says they received them over a week ago, and they still haven't refunded my money. ALWAYS use PAYPAL. I have a claim filed with them now.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. Their customer service is terribly lacking. I ordered 2 identical products from their website, listed as in stock. When I placed my order the website informed me I would receive the products less than a week from the order date. 2 weeks went by without shipping info. I emailed the company and receive no response. I then called the company and was told the warehouse wasn't picking up their phone and they would get back to me. I then received an email stating the products would be shipped within 3 days of this email. I waited and again, received no tracking info. I had to reach out the the company 2 more tomes to get a response. There was no explaination, just another updated tentative ship date. At this point I informed them to cancel my order and refund my money. I was then sent an email letting me know they contacted their warehouse and requested to cancel the order. I am still waiting on the status of my refund.
I say again, this company is terrible. They do not care about their customers what-so-ever.
They never once explained the massive hold up, and offered no solutions. They continually ignored my requests for information about my products, and have been very dismissive of my frustration when I specifically ordered from them because the products were said to be in stock. I was not anticipating a 5-6 week turn around when. I was originally informed of 3-5 business days.
Do not buy from them.

Terrible customer service and slow shipping

We placed a very urgent order with Neobits, and received terrible customer service, misleading information, slow shipping, no explanation for delays, and no correction for shipping mistakes that Neobits made. I recently ordered an undercounted …

I recently ordered an undercounted fridge from this company. I called to confirm availability and shipping and was told the shipping was $79.80. I ordered the fridge and 2 days later received an email saying I now owed $170 more for shipping. TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy from this company they lie. And instead of calling me they just cancelled my order when I questioned the additional $$.

Why the complaints?

I read a lot of complaints about Neo Bits, so had some concerns, but I also read some positive ones, so I gave it a shot. The fact the the price was about 40% less than anyone else played a role in the decision. OK, I actually read the bad reviews after ordering, so I was a bit concerned that it would suddenly be "out of stock". Nope. Items appears to have shipped the next day (or perhaps the following day), and arrived a week later (I am across the country from where it actually shipped from).

So was it as fast as amazon 2 day free delivery? Uh, no. But for a 40% discount, for an item that did arrive in the time frame they quoted, I will take it. I will order from them again as well.

Worst online shopping ever!

This is my worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered few items from them and paid for two days delivery; still, 15 days lated I didn't get all my items (although the items where available on their site) and didn't complete my transaction with them!!
I believe there is a miscommunication with their Customer Care and their warehouses.

Price was standard, but shipping was changed without my consent

The NeoBits Cart showed UPS as the shipping option. Neobits chose for me FedEx Ground, after I paid and without any warning. That would have not been too big a deal if they would have not required a signature or an adult present at home to receive the package. FedEx is such a terrible company here where I live, that I shop elsewhere if I see them as the only shipping option.

Hopefully the package comes today (third attempt) to my work, where someone can easily sign for the package. Why NeoBits didn't just ship flat-rate box with USPS is beyond me. The item is roughly the size of a old laptop power supply and the standard insurance would easily cover replacement costs. Plus it would have been about a third of the cost to me.

The other thing that drives me nuts is that NeoBits is located in CA, but instead of shipping from there; it came from MA. Letting the customer know where the package will ship from would have been helpful and I would have chose a more expedited means of shipping. So now instead of a 3-5 day ground delivery It has taken 10 days, numerous phone calls to FedEx, and I am stuck at work hoping it will arrive before I have to go home for the weekend.

For these reasons, I will likely never purchase any more items from NeoBits and just stick with the Gorilla from the jungle from here on out.

The best kind of company to do business with is one that ships the product immediately, provides tracking information, the product received is exactly as it's expected to be, and the whole process is easy. I won't order from anyone else. Thanks for being great!

Misleading advertising and restocking fees.

Confusing advertising caused me to place an order that shouldn't have been placed. They charged 20% to return and you have to cover shipping both ways. All and all they basically stole $400 from me in fees for their mistake. NEVER buying from them again and telling all my friends.

Customer Service that cares

Found this site when I was looking for a lock for a garden door. They had a good price and a awesome variety in stock. I managed to mess up the shipping info, but after talking to a person on the phone, we concluded the order in a satisfactory manner. Well done Neobits, well done.

Great prices

Ordered a graphic card for my desktop from them at unbelievable price. I was a bit suspicious but wanted to try them out. The card came in a desired deadline and is working great. The packaging was excellent, shipping was fast, overall great experience.

Poor return and customer service

I ordered a Samsung Keyboard for my tablet in the color bronze, and received a white one instead. When calling to resolve receiving the wrong color product, the representative on the phone was not understanding and was rude. Furthermore, after filling out the return authorization form on their website, it took over a week to receive any communication. They were not returning calls either. After finally receiving a return authorization number from them, I returned the product promptly. They received the returned product on August 15th. After they received the return package, I waited a few days and called their accounting department. The indicated that they indeed received the return package and that they would credit my credit card in a few days. However, another week passed, and finally, on September 1st, they provided an email saying they had received the return product. This was 15 days AFTER they had received the returned item. I did eventually get my refund. Now, I realize that every story has two sides, but I HIGHLY suggest BUYING FROM ANOTHER RETAILER if possible.

Btw, the rating system they use (eKomi) on their website is moderated in such a way that they do not allow any negative reviews. The send all negative reviews through a mediation process. I have waited to post this review on TrustPilot to see how that process will play out, and all that has happened are messages that go to/from Neobits and myself. There was no actual mediator involved.
