Light ok during the day but at night when am streaming it's only a blur on my camera , very disappointed to be fair, load of money for basically a daytime ornament

As a large retailer, we rely on this company to provide all of our bespoke signs. Swift turn arounds, great communication and excellent quality signs that ALWAYS meet our requirements. I go back time and time again. So pleased with the 10+ signs we have had to date, thanks so much!

After realising a mistake is the artwork, I called immediately after submitting to to correct this. Everything was confirmed and was reassured that everything would be corrected before manufacture. Unfortunately the wrong artwork was produced and they just kept referring to all correspondence prior to the changes. Very unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for what was clearly their mistake.
I have now had to have reproduced by another company that was faster and actually far better quality.

I’ve used this company on 6 separate occasions over the last 2 years and they’ve really gone down hill. I wasn’t happy with my recent bespoke order and the reply was pretty much “tough” accepting no blame even though the proof was unclear. Offering me no solution. I ordered again this week & with what turned up they really should have called me and recommended another cut ie cut to shape not letter because the final product was flimsy & awful. To be honest I’m not happy to have it up in our business, further & there was thick dark hair stuck under the led strip I can’t fully remove. Finally I paid for next day and it took two days to come. I assume I missed the cut off but they don’t show it on the order form. I’ll be looking for a new supplier next time.

Excellent customer service right from the start; the design process and communication were fantastic, something that is certainly lacking with some businesses these days.

When the finished sign arrived, it exceeded our expectations and always gets lots of comments at shows, etc.

From ordering online to receiving the finished product, Neonfilter has ben amazing! Their ordering process is soooo easy and delivery was fast, I had our neon sign EXACTLY the same as our logo (colours and all) delivered within a week! Communication was fast and easy! 100% recommend... also the quality is great... we already have 2 neon signs that are no where near the same quality! worth every penny!

The ordering process was really simple, the preview of what you were ordering was really accurate, essential for this type of product, the prices were at least half the cost of similar companies. Delivery took just over a week for our custom design, I'd highly recommend them

Excellent customer service. Had a nice conversation with the representative about bespoke signs we needed, and every time the signs we received were great quality and arrived quickly.

The order process was simple , to build the design, font, size was very straightforward. The product arrived very well packaged and in one piece even though the courier had been very rough with it

It looks amazing - have had it on test for a couple of days and it’s flawless - very happy and will be buying more.

One tip - this is not a next day item , it takes time and care to make these so buy in advance to avoid disappointment

I would never use these cowboys again. They sent the package to the wrong address in the UK, when it was meant to go to the US. This was partially my fault as I filled the form out incorrectly, however I had sent several emails about how it was going to the US since I wanted to check voltages and adaptors. However once I’d then sent this to the US at great personal cost, it turned out the product had a UK adaptor, which was Neon Filter’s fault as this part of the form had been filled out correctly. However despite this issue they would only send a US adaptor to my UK address. The cost of shipping had already been paid for and would have included international shipping, so them refusing to send this to the US when I’d already been in contact with them about the postage mix up was, I suspect, a way to spite me given the emails between us had grown heated.
Following this it turned out the sign itself did not meet the agreed design. Again I had gone back and forth with them several times to correct the mock up, as their designer continued to get simple instructions incorrect. But following this painful process the sign was not manufactured correctly anyway. This was not known until it arrived in the US. The sign was a gift and the recipient was a well known, busy public figure, so repackaging it and returning it via international shipping was unfortunately not an option. Despite this and despite all the many issues with this order Neon Filter would only correct the product if shipped back to them. They wouldn’t even entertain the option of a small, good will partial refund. The icing on the cake of this whole experience was their customer service. The woman I dealt with was incredibly passive aggressive and snide. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else.
