Reported to the consumer protection agency. Absolute scam.

Unfortunately I can’t choose less then one start which they deserve it :)
after waiting nearly 2 month the delivery of a protecting case for my iPhone it arrived finely with a broken screen 👍🏼 And I didn’t hear boo back from them
!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Id put 0 stars if i could, absolutely shocking customer service

Cards and packaging came damaged and they refused to send out any more or even refund me

I purchased a deck of cards for my wife as she is a collector. The site suggests using the shop app to track the package. It was being shipped from China. I checked the app 2 weeks later to find that it was shipped from China to Switzerland. I live in the Pacific North West United States. I sent an email inquiring what happened, and they responded with according to them the cards are in the correct country!? I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

I have brought an iPhone mini phone case. They sent me the wrong case. They apologised and sent a replacement but this was the same as the incorrect one.
They now tell me it’s the correct one. My order states a different case. They have also admitted sending me the wrong case in emails. I have asked for a refund but they are refusing. I have asked several times for a returns envelope so I can return the wrong items to Hong Kong but they say I must pay for this and not be reimbursed. So they send the wrong item and then expect you to ship them back.

They are refusing to refund me still after more than 10 emails.

Avoid this site. They take your money and don’t give a toss and refuse to refund.
They won’t give me their legal representative either.
They take your money and run.

Just received an Iphone 12 pro case,
does not fit, absolutely rubbish

I ordered my product the decoration book and they did not ever mail it I sent them emails and they do not respond very unhappy

I had purchased a icing tip set and another set of something else I purchased it on the 6th of March it is now the 30th I have constantly been sending them emails saying hey why hadn't it shipped yet and their response oh you have to wait 7 to 10 business days. And then in another email they said 10 to 15 business days I want to take them to court and sue them there needs to be justice for all the scams that have happened it's unbelievable and unfair.

I placed an order for a cake decorating practice set which comes with 23 practice sheet and 1x practice board. When I recieved the product, the practice board is missing and I raised an enquiry to Neonstellar for the missing board and sent photo to them as well. They came back to. me and said they sent me the correct order and everything is provided for.

Please be aware of these people, will take your money and won't give your money worth.

Eventhough, the order says 23 practice sheet , they are back to back which somehow Neonstellar failed to mention in their website and the papers are not good quality either.

Please don't waste money like I did.

I bought items and they haven’t sent any shipment details even though they sent a confirmation email.
When I emailed them asking about my purchase they replied that the items are not available and they will transfer the money back. They mentioned that it might take up to 4 weeks to receive it.
I waited for the 4 were and haven’t received anything and their advertisement for the same product I bought is posted every day on Facebook
