my package arrived, battered quite a bit and the cardboard was wet. This has been my experience of late with NAP's mail delivery: packages are in sorry shape and the clothes at risk. Inside the sw... See more

Very updated selection, easy to use and aesthetically elevated app, quick and efficient checkout, delivery and very immediate customer service.
Net A Porter has the best selection, I find things there that can’t find anywhere else and they are always impossibly considerate 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
They always ship the order quickly, carefully packaged, with the return already in the box...
Net a porter is a great site with nice items.
Amazing website,,easy to buying they have luxury brands and local,,I like to shopping with net- aporter special on sale :)
Good luck 👍🏽
Fabulous shopping site amazing choices and very fast delivery
Quality product made in Europe, exactly matched that shown on website. Exceptionally quick delivery.
Selection of designer styles and thoughtful return policy.
Ease of buying, communication, delivery and quality of product bought were without fault however the amount of emails which followed were inundating and each time I tried to unsubscribe I received a message that there was a fault therefore I closed the account
Net-A-Porter’s products are always impeccably curated, and its photos and videos beautifully showcase each item’s design and details. If you’re patient enough, pieces you’ve added to your “waitlist” are often marked down to very tempting prices. For those who appreciate thoughtfully designed, high-end fashion but are too “lazy” to browse physical stores, Net-A-Porter is the perfect choice!
My Khiry Earrings were finally returned to me on Friday 20th Of February. Twenty seven and a half weeks after they were returned to Net a Porter for repair due to a fault. Ironically they were returned a few days after in desperation I contacted the Net A Porter CEO via LinkedIn. Possibly a coincidence? What has horrified me about this whole sorry affair is that it has been impossible to escalate the matter or lodge a formal complaint. Most emails and calls go unanswered and “Laura”who has been the only contact has simply ignored my requests, responding with a canned , toe curling response thanking me for my understanding and patience - neither of which I actually had after 6 months of being fobbed off. Net-A-Porter is fine when everything goes well but a disaster if God forbid their product fails.

Very disappointing experience. I expect much higher standards from a luxury retailer like Net-A-Porter.
My order was shipped with UPS, who falsely claimed they attempted delivery and redirected my package to a pickup location. I was home the entire week due to renovations — no one rang the doorbell, no one knocked, and no delivery attempt was made.
I paid for home delivery, not to chase a package at some random collection point.
It’s honestly surprising that a high-end company works with a courier that has an average rating of around 1 star on Google. The reviews speak for themselves.
Luxury pricing should come with reliable service — including proper delivery. This experience does not reflect that.

I ordered a shirt form Net a Porter that never arrived. It is lost with their courier. Net a porter say they insure their goods but they will not give me my money back or process a refund. I have spoken to 2 supervises and also through their chat function. Don’t buy from them

They have l a particularly good customer service department. Everybody’s always so knowledgeable and efficient.
They do sell very high-end products and a lot of of them are way out of my reach these days. However, I can treat myself to the odd designer item and will always have a look on net a porter first above other online retailers. This is probably down to the fact that I used to live in London and used their London premier service quite regularly a few years ago.
Now I have to wait longer for orders but they are still much quicker than most and responsive if there is ever a problem.
Easy to order, straightforward returns and refunds. Every time I’ve had an excellent experience and have been completely satisfied with this online luxury shopping platform, Net-a-Porter.
Even though I had a request on Friday evening, I received a response with a solution right away.
Love the selection, however NET-A-PORTER charges more than their competitors. This includes the companies / designers themselves. I have found things on NET-A-PORTER but bought them from elsewhere (other retailers, including the actual designer’s sites) because the price difference. The only reason I have purchased from NET-A-PORTER recently is because I can shop through a shopping portal and get airline miles or because I really wanted something and NET-A-PORTER was the only place with my size in stock. Other retailers, including the designers, are also accessible through shopping and reward sites. NET-A-PORTER is one of my last options for shopping. I have also decided to forgo a purchase all together because it was unavailable elsewhere and I didn’t see the value in buying from NET-A-PORTER. I hope they become more competitive with prices. I do like the fast shipping and the garment bags.
