Update: I finally got through to UPS who advised my package had been misdelivered but they were unable to find it and would refund the shipper. Net-a-Porter however has refused to take any action because I had ‘waived signature’ for the delivery… apparently when this is the case your package can be dumped anywhere and you are at fault. Be very careful! I have never had a package stolen or any issue like this before. UPS was very apologetic but as I am not the shipper there is nothing I can do. It is very disappointing as I have shopped and been a happy customer for over 10 years… but I have now closed my account.
I have been a Net-a-Porter shopper for a long time and always thought their customer service was wonderful. That was until a shipment was not delivered to my address. They opened the case with UPS who provided proof of delivery picture… but as I had explained that picture was not my home and showed no package, just a wall and walkway and plant. I was also home at the time and there was no stop. I checked around and with neighbors but no luck. I had expected it was misdelivered and would eventually show up, but that has not happened.
They have now closed the case as ‘delivered’.
This has left me very frustrated. As it was not delivered to my home I do not understand how I can be responsible.
I will close my account and move to another site for purchases.

I was sent a used/damaged bag with torn tags, someone’s Christmas photo from 2024 in the pocket, unoriginal packaging and smelling of marijuana. I returned the item to UPS within 20 minutes while chatting with a customer service representative. In the app, I requested that my original method of payment be refunded. I was offered that option. Now a Net-A-Porter representative named Abegail Kayle is trying to say I can return the item only for a credit and must purchase again from your company. Due to this unethical tactic and escalation, I will also be returning the leather bomber jacket that is arriving to my home on Friday from Milan. Please train all of your customer service representatives in de-escalation because they have a way of speaking down to customers who have done nothing wrong and received items that have been used and smell of burnt marijuana. This is a real embarrassment to your company and I will utilize social media to raise awareness and warn other customers about the way your company treats the customer when your company fails miserably.

They are the worst, 2 days after I paid for my order, the item went on 20% sale. Knowing EVERY online retailer worth its salt offers price adjustment within SEVEN days, but net a porter refused to give it to me lol. Unbelievable. It’s about the principle- sincerity and credibility during a time of economic downturn. And they have lost me as a customer over a mere $43 usd. Rogue n barbaric lol

I purchased a Gucci boots that fell apart after minimal wear (After only a month), which clearly indicates a fault. After multiple emails and explanations, their team finally agreed to accept the return due to the defect. However, after receiving the boots, they suddenly changed their opinion and claimed that the boots were ''used''.
What is completely unacceptable is that after all the communication and their prior agreement, they simply sent the boots back to me without properly informing me or resolvnig the issue.
The communication has been inconsistent, unprofessional and very disappointing for a retailer that positions itself as a luxury service provider. As a customer I expected responsibility, transparency and respect - non o which I have received.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them, THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
