Excellent service. Even though one item was missing from my large order, as soon as I emailed to let them know, it was in the post and arrived the next day.
My house now looks bright, clean and cheery with lovely new net curtains.

Brilliant service
We ordered new nets for all our windows, so it was quite a big order. The net we chose was made to measure so each drop was slightly different. When they arrived they were well packaged with each net carefully labelled. Each net was finished beautifully and fitted perfectly. We are absolutely delighted. From ordering to getting the nets delivered was just about 2 weeks. Very efficient service. Special mention to Lauren whose name was on each curtain. Superb work, Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone

Thank you for a speedy service. I ordered some voile curtains for a Victorian sash window, they came with the header tape (sorry don't know the name for where you thread through the curtain rod) and were hemmed. Good quality voile.
I would thoroughly recommend.

Net Curtains Direct offers a decent range of net curtains with easy ordering and prompt delivery. I ordered the ZOE net curtain, which arrived earlier than expected. While the floral and trellis design with a zig-zag hemline is nice, there were a few minor issues, but their customer service was responsive and resolved it without hassle. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.

POOR SERVICE
Recently ordered two net curtains, not cheap!
When they arrived there was only one curtain in package. Phoned them immediately to be told they would let me know after contacting their sewing room. Three days later I phoned again they still hadn’t spoken to sewing room. Another four days nothing from them no curtain.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that a curtain was missing from your order. Please be assured that despite our Made to Measure orders being made and packed by real people (who do occasionally make mistakes) having a curtain missing from an order is highly unusual so we do apologise for this.
Where the curtains you ordered were completely custom made, this does mean that a dispatching a replacement isn't instant.
We note that we received notification of your on a Friday regarding the missing curtain and we had an update from the workroom confirming the remake on the Monday (the next working day).
The workroom had the missing curtain custom made for you. This then underwent it's final checks and was dispatched to you within 6 working days and sent using a Royal Mail First Class service to ensure this reached you as quickly as possible.
From looking at the tracking, this order was then delivered by Royal Mail for you the following day.
Once again, we do apologise for one of your curtains being missing from your order.

i bought some net curtain rods, stick on net curtain hooks and supports, i put them up today and
the hooks fell off within hours of them being put up.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the sticky hooks didn't work for you. This is very unusual to hear. Can I please ask whether you contacted us regarding this prior to leaving a review?
To enable us to better assist with this issue, can we please ask you to provide us with your order number?
Can we please also ask whether the area was thoroughly cleaned before applying the sticky hooks?
We also recommend (both on the product page and on the leaflet in with your order) that the hooks be left up for 24 hours before using. Was this done?
Lastly, can we please ask about the curtains being hung? We advise that the Net Curtain Rods are suitable for lightweight nets and voiles. If the curtain being hung is long in the drop, particularly wide or heavier than a standard net or voile this would also impact the efficiency of the hooks.
