Massive help with recovering an expired domain. Not much more than that, responsive once timezone hit EU business hours but a little frustrating not available outside of that for people on the other side of the world.

Good Service provider.
Pricing are reasonable, technical support is excellent and uptime extremely good.

Very clear information on the website, especially early transparency about pricing without having to register first. Simple registration and quick processing - and competitively priced!

I've been using Netim for multiple years, but the service got worse over time. In the beginning, any issue would be promptly resolved by customer service but nowadays they often redirect your tickets to another department, take long to resolve anything or simply make mistakes. What really made it worse is that suddenly one day our account started showing negative balance, while all invoices are paid and we have a automatic payment method set up. After reaching out to them, they claimed an invoice from 2 years ago was never paid while I have a copy of that invoice and it shows it's been paid in full. After months, they still claim we owe them money.

Excessive and invasive card-verification demands. After seven years as a customer I’m done. In the US no one asks for photos of your card and ID just to process a payment — here they asked me for exactly that. What’s next, a doctor’s blood or urine test? This company is trapped in EU-style bureaucracy. I refuse to send photos of my cards or my ID because I won’t risk them ending up on the darknet as PDFs — complete with my signature.

So far Netim have proven to be a solid partner for registering my domain names. The UI may seem a bit outdated but they're reliable, intuitive, provide everything I need, and their prices are very fair. Keep it up!

I have tried to register domain with netim in.dm registry, the order status is paid and completed (lol), therefore I have 0 domains, and 0 processes running, 2 domain registrations attempts were failed and more of that I receive only 2 answers a day (1st saying that register has contacted me, second asking the same information was already provided when order was made)
And you know what? I have contacted registry and they have told that they haven’t received any registration attempts, etc, more of that this domain name is premium to their Whois, so, literally, netim has scammed me for 150$, since yet I haven’t got any response, any domain registration and any service
I will be glad if you can register it or put money back on my balance, but I prefer to have domain registered, since you’ve taken money for that

I am issuing a severe warning to anyone considering this registrar, especially if you value stability and privacy.
After registering 5-10 domains without issue, I was suddenly hit with an ultimatum: provide a massive amount of personal documents within just 5 days or have all my services suspended permanently.
The threats are real. Their support was utterly inflexible:
No extensions: They refused to grant more time, despite the short notice.
No corrections: They wouldn't allow me to fix minor errors in submitted data.
Zero empathy: The approach is purely adversarial.
This company holds your domains hostage. They can demand sensitive documents you may not have on hand and threaten to terminate your entire online presence at their discretion. Once suspended, recovery seems impossible.
Conclusion: The risk is catastrophic. Their disgusting customer service and predatory policies make them utterly untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE:
WHAT??? I have not hosted any child pornography sites - why are you lying now? Why haven't you provided any evidence of this, you simply have no reason to say such things, you did not said this before!!! I was ready to provide confirmation of the KYC a little later, since I read the notice late, but I am not going to work with a company that lies to its clients and accuses them without having ANY evidence and you know it yourself, stop talking and say thank you because I writed review here but I need going to write to ICANN to start investigate your illegal actions.
UPDATE 2
Provide evidence of what you said. Otherwise, I and everyone else will classify your words as lies and an attempt to save your sinking reputation.
UPDATE 3
You just wrote about CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), and now you're writing about the darknet. What's next? Are you telling me I'm a terrorist? Are you out of your mind? Why didn't you write to me about this right away if you had such suspicions? Clients' websites can be hacked, for example. Following your logic, anyone can host CSAM and darknet sites with you after passing the basic easy KYC - you just advertising your dirty services instead of admitting your mistakes.

You services are the main reason why i have moved with all domains at Netim. Nr 1 on the world. Don't loose your time with other registrars.
I have been worked in parallel with many registrars from 20 years, Netim 10.
