VERY POOR customer service!

I ordered two items and they sent one. They refused to respond to any of my four messages over the next week. I included pictures of proof of package and label and contents. Don't waste your money with this company, VERY POOR customer service!

after reading Trust Pilot reviews I…

after reading Trust Pilot reviews I noticed predominate reviews that were negative that sounded truthful about customers frustration by their particular circumstances BUT the positive reviews had glowing commentaries that did not feel genuine like they were insiders or friends of the company. Further more there was lacking reviews in the middle rating this company in the ( 2 or 3 or 4 ratings) which is indicative of a company that no longer cares about their customers. I decided not to do any businees with NetNutri. One can feel the distrust in bad reviews and the overstating of positive reviews that the overwhelming trust of this company is not worth having, Glad I never ordered anything from their website. Buyer beware !

Company has gone downhill big time

I have been dealing with this company for the past 4 1/2 years. I loved them for quite a while. But for the past 6 months to a year, they have gone down hill. I ordered DMSO back in September. Tried repeatedly to get a hold of them through emails and/or phone calls. ONly succeeded twice and got the run around being told they would send it the following week. Never came. Put in for a dispute charge on my card. Someone from their company called me to "see if I was happy with their service" um..no. So she connected me with a very nice man who said he would send me two 4 oz bottles instead of one 8 oz bottle of the DMSO. Yep..never got it. Tried calling back. Left an angry message because at this point I had stopped the dispute charge because I thought they would send it. I will NEVER EVER order from them again and I urge everyone else to avoid them. Unfortunately they no longer care about their customers.

RUN, DO NOT BUY!

Ordered protein powder Dec. 1. Contacted the company multiple times to get an update. No responses to email or website chat. Someone answered their 800 number on Jan. 27 and miraculously told me a new shipment came in the day before and my order will be shipped immediately. It is Jan. 31 and order status has not changed to shipped. TWO MONTHS since they charged my credit card.

This company CAN NOT be trusted!

This company CAN NOT be trusted! Speaking from my personal experience. I paid in full on July 2. 2025. Since then, I got only HALF of the order. Their customer is absolutely difunctional.
Moreover, refund was not issued.
Careful! You might waste your money.

Over-charged instead of 'sale'; failure to ship

BEWARE: failure to honor sale prices & failure to ship 2-day after charging me for 2-day delivery. On 11/26/25 I called netnutri.com to confirm in-stock re advertised sale price of $131.45 for a product. They said 'yes' & if I bought 2, I'd get additional 20% off 2nd = $112.80. I said I'd also pay their $31.06 cost of 2nd day fedex IF they'd ship on 11/26/25. They said "yes" they'd ship on 11/26; so I ordered 2 + 2nd day ship. I never received a paid invoice or a ship notice. Netnutri also OVER CHARGED me--did NOT give the advertised sale prices. Charged me for 2 day ship, but I did NOT receive the shipment on 11/28 as promised & paid for. On 12/1, I called & they did not even ship it until I called & complained. Fedex says it won't be delivered until 12/4. When I called netnutri on 12/4, to request refund for over-charges, they were extremely argumentative, & denied the FACTS about sale prices or shipping, altho I had all the documents proving the facts of what occurred. I will never trust or use this company again. Be forewarned.

So I ordered a 100 servings amazing…

So I ordered a 100 servings amazing Grass Blend energy and after taking one scoop with water, realized it was bad. The taste was not the same as the many containers I have drank for years prior and actually made me sick to my stomach. Now this was the first time I had ordered it from Netnutri.com mind you. My husband tried it also and came to the same conclusion. We both drink this on a daily basis, so we are well aware of how it should taste. I tried to call several times and waited an hour to no one picking up my call so I left a message with my phone number to call me back regarding this bad batch I received. No one called me back and since I have called several times with no one picking up or calling back after several messages left. I emailed about the issue as well with no response back either. They did send me an email rating my service and when i clicked not satisfied, it wouldn't connect me to anything but an error. HMMM! So after spending over $70 dollars on a bad product that they won't refund or get me a replacement with still no response back after well over a month and a half of waiting, I am writing this review. I never do this because who has the time to write reviews anyway, but I feel there should be some accountability from them regarding this. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from this website again and will never recommend this website for any health products. Their customer assistance is NON existent and they will not call or email you back for anything. Very dissatisfied customer! DO NOT BUY FROM NETNUTRI.COM!

1 month to fill an order

I placed my first order with NetNutri on the third of August. When I hadn't received anything (including an update), I called the company. I was told a recent accident in a NJ warehouse ruined the supplement I ordered by exposing it to moisture. They were supposedly going to ship something to me within the next couple days. Flash forward, it is now August 28th and I just received a shipping update saying it will arrive on September 2nd. No offer to refund or discount my purchase, no express shipping after their product supply was replenished. No communication with the company at all save the phone call I was forced to take time out of my day to make. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company in the future.

I placed an order back in March…

I placed an order back in March (shipment #1700304607; order #1700317515) and received half of the order. Since then I have tried to call (waiting on the phone for hours with no response) I even tried an email and a a threat to contact the Attorney General of Pa to no avail. I will be contacting the AG to file a complaint if this issue isn't resolved.

Expired Supplements with Tampered Dates – Serious Health Concern

Buyers beware: I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by my experience with Netnutri.

I received dietary supplements that were expired, and what’s worse, the packaging showed clear signs of tampering with the original expiration dates. The original dates had been removed and replaced with falsified labels, which did not match the manufacturer's style or placement.

This is not just a quality control issue — it’s a deliberate and deceptive practice that puts consumers at risk. Through my own investigation, including contacting manufacturers and comparing products across other retailers, I confirmed the manipulation. I’ve also found multiple public reviews reporting similar concerns, which suggests this may be a pattern.

If you’re considering buying from this business, I strongly recommend checking expiration dates carefully and inspecting for signs of altered packaging. This is a serious red flag.

Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Recent issues with order delivery

I have been using NetNutri for quite a while and always had good service and good pricing. Lately, on 2 recent orders, I have had only part of my products shipped and the order status says completed and all items shipped. After several attempts to contact NetNutri, I did get the balance shipped separately. On my latest order, this happened again and I had to sign for the partial delivery. The box only had some of the products in it, with plenty of space for the balance. I am making a few attempts now to get this corrected and the balance shipped for real.
