I was unable to change my password
I was unable to change my password, in spite of trying so many times that the site locked me out. I'm a repeat customer, but I ended up placing my order without signing on to my account because the password change option was unavailable.

I would not order from this company. I tried to order three bottles of different supplements and when I tried to get a free bottle of melatonin they want to charge me over $9.00 more!!! Where is the free supplement if you order three or more??? Not only that, I didn't feel comfortable ordering from this site. It looks unprofessional and unreliable. I just purchased an order after months will I get what I paid for?…
I just purchased an order after months of debate. I cannot find what I need anywhere else. The last time I made a purchase I paid for 3 items and only received one. I called the number multiple times a day for a week and left numerous voicemails hoping to hear back from someone to get the 2 missing items or get a refund. I was never contacted back.
Hopefully what I ordered today is delivered. Or this will be my last time using the NetNutri site.
