The 2nd time ive ordered from you online. You Accepted my order, took payment then inform me one of the items is out of stock and refund me.
This is wrong. I had ordered a fleece to go with the shorts. Now ive a fleece that doesnt match anything . Dont accept orders if items are out of stock.

Shocking service
Shocking service, boots cost £174. They were obviously seconds as they were different shades of black and brown. We sent emails to complain with no reply. We were then tasked with returning the shoes via a tracked ASDA courier service. Then contacted Nevisport in Glasgow via service agent Melissa when no trace on the tracking and no monies returned after 21 days waiting Was advised by Melissa she would follow up and email us, nothing received, called again one week later, same story she would follow it up, heard nothing now after more than one month with no money refunded. It looks as though the boots have disappeared and the tracking disappeared with it. Went to the ASDA store who collected the boots and they can find no trace with the tracking either.

The jacket is excellent
The jacket is excellent; however, I initially expected it to be identical to my previous one I was replacing. Disappointingly, the jacket is missing the interior pocket that I found to be very useful. In addition the inside lining is grey not turquoise as shown in the picture. These productions are designed as functional items and therefore losing the interior pocket creates problems.

Poor returns process
No ability to exchange so had to buy a larger size and return original. Two weeks later I still haven't had any acknowledgement of return or refund
Now 3 weeks later and after prompting I have received refund but they still charged me £3 to return it! Product was good and as described.

Not been issued my return money
I have returned the order 18 days ago and I have had no email to tell me they have received my return even though on my tracking it states that it was delivered and collected shortly after I sent it.
I have then contacted them asking about my refund and an update and yet to hear a response back from them, that email was sent 8 days ago.

Good choice & good price but delivery with Dhl took 11 days
Shoes were a very good price. They appeared to be dispatched reasonably quickly with DHL, however it was a shame that DHL took 11 days to get around to delivering them.
