Assistenza tecnica e postvendita allucinante ed allucinata.

Ho comperato un Seiko 009 Pepsi a fine agosto 2013, portato 15 giorni si è fermato, chiedo la sostituzione mi viene risposto di no, spedito e trattenuto un mese, problema non risolto; richiedo la sostituzione ancora picche, spedito trattenuto altro mese, portato per 15-20 giorni e fermo di nuovo; chiedo con fermezza sostituzione, mi viene risposto che essendo passati tre mesi dalla riparazione devono valutare loro se l'orologio va sostituito o "regolato". Ho optato per l'assistenza ufficiale Seiko, ovviamente a carico mio, non essendo loro dealer ufficiali.

Sempre Precisi! consigliatissima

Ho acquistato da NewCam molte volte, e non ho mai avuto nessun problema, la consegna è velocissima tra le 24h-48h (per quanto mi riguarda).
L'ho consigliato anche ad amici, e tutti ne sono rimasti soddisfatti.
Ormai è una garanzia sia per il prezzo che per la qualità degli orologi che vi si trovano.
Decisamente positivo!
