The staff were very rude and unhelpful after you make a purchase. This company ask for your log book after purchase and have a longer process. It is not a case of just buying a reg.

As advised previously, this was a number in our discounted stock. The fastest way for us to transfer the number to you would have been for you to send your V5C to us so we could assign online. You were advised that this could be emailed to save time.
You told us that you do not have a V5C and wanted to transfer the number yourself.
As advised previously, we have therefore added your husband's name as a nominee and will send you the new certificate as soon as we have received it from DVLA. This hasn't yet arrived but as soon as it does we will forward it on to you. Hopefully you will have a V5C soon too as you will need both documents in order to assign the number to your vehicle.
