We are so pleased with our experience with Newtons. Carolyn and Sophie were very communicative and guided us through the process of buying our first home in london with calm efficiency and expertise. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I approached Newtons Solicitors to deal with a property issue, namely a Deed of Grant. Patrick contacted me very quickly with an explanation of the procedure. What impressed me most was that he was always available on the end of a phone. It wasn't an easy process as the wheels turn very slowly with utility companies. He persevered on our behalf, efficiently and helpfully to the completion. Thank you Patrick, I will definitely go back to him in the future.

Emma and Olivia handled the sale of my late mothers house exceptionally. I was initially concerned that selling a house some 170 miles from where I live could be problematic, but they handled the conveyancing superbly with no delays. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Thanks Emma and Olivia!

Although the process of selling our house seemed to take a long time Newtons kept us well informed of progress and regularly chased the buyers solicitor to try and speed things up.

I was recommended Newtons by my estate agent and was pleasantly surprised by the communication and responsiveness of Emma and Olivia.
They made the process as quick an efficient as possible. It's nice to know when you're buying or selling a house it's not your solicitors that are the issue. Would recommend.

We recently sold and purchased a property through Newtons Solicitors (Knaresborough). Our Solicitor was Liz Balmforth and her Assistant Emma Harman. The conveyancing was carried out professionally and in the shortest of time. Their attention to detail and their communication with us was outstanding as was their dealings with the third party solicitors. Liz and Emma have a quiet and friendly manner and their approach to conveyancing is exemplary. We have instructed Liz, with her Assistant Emma, a few times recently as they are very experienced and we highly recommend them.

Particular thanks to Kelly Quinn and her team for a job very well done. Newtons have undertaken two such applications for our family within the last ten years and have conducted the process in an exemplary manner both times. They will remain our default choice of local solicitor and are highly recommended.

Dan Warwick and Catrina Addison-Smith provided an exceptional service during my recent conveyancing process.
My previous experiences of using solicitors to buy and sell property had not been good. I have spent the past 25 years working as a solicitor and therefore I have very high expectations of what good service should be. Dan and Catrina exceeded those expectations.
From the outset, Dan and Catrina demonstrated a high level of professionalism, diligence, and expertise. Communication was a particular strength and they were responsive, proactive, and always took the time to address my questions in a calm and practical manner. Updates were timely and any issues that arose were identified early and handled efficiently, with clear advice on the implications and next steps.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and Catrina.

I was made to feel very comfortable by all the staff, but Stephen Morgan made me feel at ease and I was able to discuss my affairs with him. I was very glad to have these discussions as he highlighted situations I had not thought about. I have been very satisfied with the service I have recieved from them .

Their services were more than just professional, I was treated with warmth, courtesy and understanding, especially when we encountered a few snags along the way. Thank you for your excellent work!
