Do not deal with this Unscupulous Agent!!!
Confirms an offer is accepted, then takes a higher one a few days later. As they refuse to take house off the market after agreeing a sale and carry on with viewings\ offers!

Excellent Service Throughout
We recently sold our house with Next Place Estate Agents & cannot fault anything about them.
I dealt with a few different members of staff along the way who were all professional, friendly & helpful.
Luke was assigned as our go to person & regularly kept in touch with us. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the sales process.
Nicola from the after Sales team was a also great help & is very knowledgeable in her field. She gave us lots of advice & kept us up to date until the sale completed.
Not only is Next Place a good estate agents, they are very competitive in their pricing too.
I would Definitely recommend them to anyone selling their home & we will use them again in the future.

5 star service!
Quickest, smoothest & most efficient sale! We had our property up with 2 other agents from June 2023, switched to Next Place and within a week we had several viewings, 2 offers & then sold! 3 months from start to finish with Christmas in between. Regular check-ins provide by Abby & Nicola once sold, but running up to the sale Luke was fantastic with the negotiations & got us what we wanted. Massive thank you to Anton & all the team cannot recommend them enough!

All the staff at this local independent estate agents were knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help out. Abby, who looked after our sales progression, was a joy to talk to and kept us informed all the way through the sale process. We would highly recommend them.
