Easy ordering and item as required, however dropped one star for expensive delivery charge where it wasn’t next day delivery.

pathetic experience , i wouldn't recommend this company, took my money(£649) order never came , no information about the delivery, No tracking number, Complete mislead. No contact number.

They delivered one item missing from the order and they dont reply to emails or phone after being ignored i spoked to my bank who raised a dispute and i was refunded my money.

the worst company to deal with. my delviery turned up damaged, we never signed for it and we have on our cameras all the packaging opened.
i asked to return it and it was a large table, all the original packagin was damged so we done our best to find packaging to return it, they then would not accept it and now not answering any emails. the guy we are dealing with is called Sam Ronald.

Ok so I’ve edited this review from an 1 star. In the end our product arrived - but I had to complain and there is no way to contact a human and they send you round in circles via their chat bots. I emailed and rang several times, to be sent in a continual loop - and no warning of delivery given except via a sudden DPD text the day before.
No point in contacting the company to ask about delivery day, as it’s all automated from what I can gather.
The shelving came in quite flimsy boxes, which meant that there were scuffs on bits of it.
This company could be good but their excuse of automating their customer service to ‘give better service’ is ridiculous…. They’ve cut corners here and it’s not working.

AVOID at all costs. Sending cheap products that break quickly from brands like ADEXA. Have to involve solicitors to get a reply and refund.

My experience with this company has been extremely poor from start to finish. I was promised a refund, but more than 10 working days have passed and I still have not received it.

Communication has been terrible, customer service has been practically non-existent, and I have repeatedly had to chase them for my own money. There has been no clear explanation for the delay and no urgency to resolve the issue.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Think carefully before paying them, as getting your money back may become a long and stressful process.

Quick and easy

I wanted to update my first review. Next day catering are an awful company to deal with, so I wanted to give people a few points to try and help you decide whether you should order from them or not and how to get a full refund.
1. Do not believe the delivery times stated it probably will not arrive on that date.
2. If next day catering do not deliver on the date shown, you are legally entitled to a full refund because they have broke the sales contract between yourselves by non delivery.
3. Screenshot everything, delivery dates, emails, customer reviews, the Which report for evidential purposes.
4. Do not use chat or customer form on website , customer service will not respond to it. Email everything and keep as proof.
5. Restocking fees, return delivery fees and refusing delivery fees and the offer of five pounds or any discount for a review is illegal in the UK. Next day catering does not supercede consumer law.
6. Formally email or signed for delivery letter telling them that you are cancelling your order and you are demanding a full and complete refund, to which you are legally entitled to. Legally they cannot withhold your refund. But they will try.
7. Report them to Trading Standards if they try any of these things and they will, I have proof.
8. Go to your bank or card provider and dispute payment for the reason that equates to your order. If that is unsuccessful take them to small claims.
9. After nearly four weeks of trying to get a full refund off next day catering for an order that was legally cancelled to non delivery, I today have received a full refund, no restocking fees, and no refusing delivery fees. This company will lie to you and try to charge you fake fees.
Google consumer law, speak to someone legally to get advice and fight for what you are legally entitled to by law.
SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, YOUR DELIVERY WILL NOT ARRIVE WHEN STATED. THEY TRY TO CHARGE ILLEGAL FEES. IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR THINGS MISSING YOU WILL HAVE A CARRY ON YO GET THEM TO SORT IT OUT.
SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF IT GOING TO COST MORE, BECAUSE FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND IT IS WORTH IT.
TAKE ANY GOOD REVIEWS WITH A PINCH OF SALT, ESPECIALLY IF THAT PERSON HAS ONE REVIEW AND ITS NEXT DAY CATERING, PLEASE GOOGLE THE WHICH REPORT AND MAKE OF IT WHAT YOU WILL.

Just so you know Next day catering refunded me in full by themselves but I had already started a chargeback claim, and I had emailed them and told them about what I thought was fake reviews, which report and the law.

Terrible customer service, I ordered and paid over £400 for products not been delivered and no reply’s after a month of chasing them. I have sent so many emails no reply. Do not order from this company.

This company is an absolute joke. They happily take your money, but then you never receive any goods, and nobody replies to your email enquiries. If you do manage to chat to a human in the online chat, they pretend to help, but actually do nothing. Still waiting for a refund after 3 months.
