I bought a cockpit and seat as a gift on Dec 26. Building the rig I saw how great it is, attention to detail, quality etc. But, I also bought a seat. The tracking shows "recipient name incorrect" and it was sent back to sender. It is 2 weeks since the purchase, sent multiple times messages and absolutely 0 answer. 0. Absolute disrespect for the customer. The good thing is I bought through Walmart market place and was able to request refund. Disappointed beyond words.

Cameron was incredibly patient when I needed a seat replacement on my Go Kart Plus sim rig. We were able to work out a solution together over the course of a month through consistent communication, and I am able to race happily again with a brand new seat without having to purchase another separate rig. New to sim racing, wanted something solid and with a small footprint. This is perfect, easy to disassemble if you modify with some quick release M8 screws. Very well built. Highly recommend

We purchased the f-gt pro rig for our first real sim setup. The unit came relatively quickly even during the holidays. The box condition was excellent but there were some quality control issues upon opening. The main chair piece has a large bend right where it pivots. We were able to bend this back with a rubber mallet and so far it does seem to work reasonably well. Most of the decals were peeling off so that was disappointing but doesn't affect the user experience. Changing positions is quick but it is not smooth. I'm not sure if it's from the bent tab.... maybe more of the unit is bent and just hard to notice. We are going to try some kind of silicone plastic lubricant to see if that fixes the issue with adjustments.

Now, all that said, we do really like the rig! It looks so much better than the traditional ugly aluminum profile rigs. We use a Moza R9 and honestly I notice zero flex, its awesome. We have the shifter attachment and its good but I do recommend locktite on the assembly to keep from loosening up while shifting and using the handbrake. The pedal adjustment and sturdiness is great but again not smooth, here's hoping some sort of lube fixes that.

It glides easily on hard flooring with the included pads. I'd like wheels for it so that will be the next adventure!

Update to Previous Review!

The support (although a lengthy process) finally stood by their product, provided a rapid resolution to my issue by sending replacement parts at no cost! I’m upgrading from what I felt should have been negative stars to 4 stars.
The team was very considerate of my issue, understood what was wrong, and sent out part via FedEx and was at more doorstep in a few days. I would give 5 stars but the support needs improvement on response times and initial communication. If your patient you will get your issue resolved!

The ERS3 is sturdy, stable and comfortable. I played for about 2 hours and didn’t feel any discomfort especially compared to the FG-Lite I upgraded from! Also the ability to recline and sit up as well as slide back and forth for more intense races is a game changer!

The seat is very comfortable and breathable, the dual recliner arms are very sturdy " I'm very impressed ".
I put it on a Trak Racer TR160 and it fitted very well without any problems. I've looked for a seat for a big guy ( Im 265lb - 6'2" tall and this did the trick.
I would highly recommend this seat to anyone.

The experience from the beginning to the end was absolutely perfect. Paying, shipping and finally playing in the Rig was very very good. Carlos would say "Smooth operation!!!"

The shipping materials were great and prevented damage during delivery. The packaging was also great to protect the product. I've only accumulated about 20 hours using the new DD+, ClubSport GT wheel, and the V3 pedals, but I'm very happy with them so far and glad I decided to spend the money on a quality product. The instructions for assembly need some work for sure, but it was enough to get by and assemble with minimal reversing of hardware to get the correct attachment. I'm very much looking forward to using them in the future!

Love this setup. I also used a tripple tv mount from Sim lab and it worked perfectly.

UPDATE! I was contacted by Dhanesh who worked with me in replacing the cockpit and delivered it right before Christmas. So far so good! My recommendation to anyone who buys the F-GT Lite, is to buy the mat or use a Yoga mat underneath to make it extra stable.

Hi guys, I love the seat,I have an F-GT Lite, it was easy to build and it feels really good when you are playing. Unfortunately it only took less than 6 hours of game play for it to break. I have sent an email to Next Level Racing, completed the form on their website and still have no answer.

Needed a part I couldn’t find in any store that was available and emailed next level racing they organised the part for me and sent it out as quick as possible good experience

I was trying to get an accessory (for my NEXT LEVEL RACING GT-TRACK) to mount my Heusinkveld pedals more securely. After some very friendly and helpful emails, I received a quote for the mounting bracket for the DD bike stand (1 x pedal plate) at cost price. I ordered it and the part was sent to me. Now that's what I call service. Thank you very much.

Ordered the GT Lite Racer 2.0. As an upgrade from a play seat challenge for our son. Didn’t know what to expect, but immediately on arrival could tell the difference in the quality of the product. Easy to assemble with both instructions and links to online videos. Very sturdy with the T598 attached directly to the cockpit. Shout out to Alec at customer services who was very helpful in resolving an issue I had during the build on mine. Quick to respond and resolved immediately. Fantastic all round

Purchased the F-GT Elite 160. I have had experience with other brands and they have been generally good, but this is on another level. The attention to detail in the design of the parts, the finish of the parts, the assembly, the adjustability, it all has created the best chassis rig I've ever had. NLR shipped my order within a few days and I was putting it together before the weekend. The first thing I really noticed was just how beefy each part is. Where another maker might go a little lighter, a little cheaper, NLR goes the extra mile. The net effect is that the entire rig is so strong and stable that I cannot find flex in it anywhere at all. All of my gear attaches perfectly to it and when I'm driving it feels as strong as a full tube chassis racecar (which I do spend time in). As with all profile extrusion rigs, adjustability and the ability to add additional components is top notch. The angled uprights for the wheelbase offer a great entry/exit and they look racy just sitting there. They do make mounting accessories that need completely vertical t-tracks a little more complicated, but I've found that I just stagger my t-nuts in multiple grooves and I can get most anything to work right. I'm running this rig in GT mode and probably always will, but it is kind of cool to know that I have the ability to set up an F1 setup if I wanted to. I'm extremely happy with this rig and think that it will be my forever chassis! Thanks NLR.
