Outstanding support from a company that cares about its customers

I recently had a small issue where I needed a spare part for my rig. I sent an email to Next Level Racing support, not expecting much, but I was blown away by the response. The team handled my request with such generosity and kindness. They shipped my replacement part within just a couple of days. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days. They’ve earned a loyal customer here—I’m definitely looking forward to upgrading my sim racing setup with NLR in the future!

This was the best customer service…

This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Calieb went above and beyond helping locate a part that we had misplaced. They stayed in touch with us every step. Even the pricing and shipping was incredible.

Likes:
1. Great customer service.
2. Shipping status and delivery information.
3. Product packaging and unboxing.
4. Assembly tools included and extensive installation instructions plus online materials.

Dislikes:
1. Preassembled seat railing missing bolts.
2. Some metal pieces bent, had to use a rubber mallet for fitment.
3. Free water bottle actually contained water.

Overall - Beautiful product and great customer service but the delivered item felt used due to missing parts and material quality.

Great Customer Service

In addition to their great products, NLR has a great customer support, very fast and reactive. It appear I had an issue with my HF8 jet pad, but Cameron fixed the issue promptly!!

Good product and very good customer support

I bought the racing stand lite 2.0 and I really appreciate the quality of the product, the packaging and especially the customer support. I had a issues with one of the feet of the support, a light damage, the customer support help me to solve the issue, provide the spare parts directly at home I’m a couple of days and was very kind and professional. Really good job for really god quality products.

Calieb is the best!

Calieb is who I had spoke with and my experience was A+ I could not have spoken with anyone better the customer service was the best I ever had with any company. I can’t say enough great things about the experience I really didn’t think my issue would be fixed before I even messaged about it but it was and I’m just like WOW! I’m so glad I purchased from this company.

Next Level Racing is awesome!

There are numerous reasons for me to sing the praises for this company (Next Level Racing). While many corporations will happily deal with you at the point of the sale, they fall woefully short when you need support. That is NOT the case with NLR.
I had an issue with one of the pivot springs in my cockpit sim seat (self induced I might add), and they stepped up, replaced BOTH side pivot springs at NO COST (except shipping, which I happily paid) and helped me resolve my issue very quickly.
Cameron and his crew were a joy to work with, and there is no doubt that I will not only purchase from them again (when my future needs require it), but I will recommend them to my flight simulation friends.
THEY ARE AWESOME!

Alec is awesome!

This is not a product review, but rather a customer service review. I ordered the GTLite Pro, only to realize moments after placing the order that it was not the model I intended to purchase. I immediately emailed customer support to request a cancellation before the item shipped, and I also called their service number. However, due to the time difference between the U.S. and Australia, combined with the company's ongoing headquarters relocation, my efforts were unsuccessful, and the product shipped before they could respond.
The initial representative I contacted via email, Zayden, informed me that he could not cancel the order but then failed to reply to any further correspondence. Despite emailing him multiple times and leaving a voicemail requesting a callback, I received no response. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated by this point.
I then initiated a new claim through customer support and was connected with Alec—unfortunately, his last name was not provided. Regardless, Alec proved to be an absolute standout. In my view, he went above and beyond, locating the U.S. warehouse where my product had been shipped, arranging for it to be rerouted back to their facility, and processing my refund within just a few days. His responses were remarkably prompt, often arriving within minutes of my emails. I truly appreciate Alec's dedication in transforming what could have been a drawn-out ordeal into a swift and seamless resolution.
I believe NLR offers excellent products, and I suspect the transitional period explained Zayden's lack of responsiveness. That said, the primary aim of this review is to ensure Alec receives recognition for his exceptional performance. Such exemplary customer service is a rare commodity in today's world, and I sincerely hope his company acknowledges and rewards it.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service! Through no fault of NLR, DHL delivered my rig to the wrong address. DHL failed to recover or rectify their mistake, so I approached NLR to try and see what they could do to help resolve the problem.
They swiftly responded to my email and after confirmation of the original order and details they got a replacement rapidly delivered.
They also followed it up and checked in that everything went well second time round (which it did).
Would not hesitate using NLR again in the future.

Customer service was tough to get but they did remedy the situation….

Their customer service is almost nonexistent. It takes almost a week to get a response from anyone. I’m about three weeks into just trying to get two small replacement parts shipped to me. We are not even at the point now where they have shipped it. Terrible and unorganized. I have plenty of experience dealing with other reputable carriers and have received response as much quicker. Definitely get the feeling that they just don’t care. Beware buying from them as if you ever need service from them in the future, it will be very difficult. This is the same story I saw Fanatec go through and almost go bankrupt until they were bailed out and bought by another company. Wonder if this will happen to NLR as well.

Update 2/8/26- thankfully I finally got contacted by a manager that was willing to take some action. Next level racing ended up sending me the two parts I needed and refunding my money as a courtesy. Big shout out to Dhanesh for all his help. Still not thrilled that I had to go through this review experience to get some help but also can appreciate that they responded quickly and got me some help.

Appalling customer service.

I bought a cockpit and seat as a gift on Dec 26. Building the rig I saw how great it is, attention to detail, quality etc. But, I also bought a seat. The tracking shows "recipient name incorrect" and it was sent back to sender. It is 2 weeks since the purchase, sent multiple times messages and absolutely 0 answer. 0. Absolute disrespect for the customer. The good thing is I bought through Walmart market place and was able to request refund. Disappointed beyond words.

We received your first and second ticket interaction with us directly on January 6th and 7th respectively and an investigation was lodged with Walmart and our US warehouse team directly to ensure package location and an expedited resolution.

We were awaiting updates however our customer service manager have responded to your tickets and provided updates along with proposed a suitable resolution for you.

Please note that with Walmart, while the orders are fulfilled through our warehouse, Walmart manages inventory, order handling, delivery processes along with with customer care for issues including delivery, returns and warranty directly with the customers.

We were not able to trace your Walmart case ID with them, hence the delay in getting back to you once received your ticket with us while the the investigation is still underway.

We completely understand your frustration and this is definitely not an ideal situation and would like to turn this unpleasant event into a positive experience from our side. We hope we can resolve this in a faster manner for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding Fabio.
