We have recently had a raised resin bound patio installed by Next Generation Home Improvements and are very satisfied with the workmanship and the overall appearance, It's a pleasure to deal with a well -managed company and an efficient work team and office staff who all carried out the work in a very professional manner.

I originally looked this company up as I was after a quote for my front garden of my new build. On the day I sent my enquiry someone called me asking for availability. I was advised that 24 hrs before the visit, they would call to confirm the appointment - to which they did, and this is where it went horribly wrong. I was called by a random mobile number to which I was greeted with, " just to confirm the appointment for tomorrow and that you wife will be present". I said, no as I had told the original person I spoke with the week before. He said, well that changes things because we rely on you calling us back as statistically if your wife is not present then 1% call us back where as if your wife is present 95% call us back. I said, what if I was single then? To which I got a reply of, "well that changes things doesn't it". He then proceeded to ask who I has spoke to as they would be "severely dealt with" and I went on to say "hold on it's not his fault its you being all aggressive in your sales pitch, and my wife wants a new driveway and she has given me her brief". He said but there are thousands of options and she needs to be there. He kept saying that its company policy that the wife is present. What an absolute joke. I asked if he was sure that he did not want to attend, even though their quotation is free of charge and no obligation!) Having seen now on other reviews very similar tactics, but also some very negative reviews in general, I have dodged a bullet here. DO NOT DENY any of this, you told me your calls are recorded. I am making sure other innocent potential customers do not fall foul of your techniques. I am sorry you would have had to travel 80 miles to do the quote - in which case don't advertise FOC no obligation quotes - this is FALSE representation. You have wasted my time!

Excellent service from initial visit to end of project. All work carried to a very high standard by friendly and professional team. The actual fencing is very high quality looks stunning totally transforming the garden, would definitely recommend Next Generation Home Improvements.

The work was carried out in a professional manner and the installation of our fence was completed early

We had our old concrete & clacky slab front drive replaced with a Resin drive & it looks absolutely fantastic. The comparrison is unbelievable. Neighbours & passing people have commented & it has all been positive. The ground work crew were great & worked through some of the hottest days this year! The resin laying team were just as good & completed the transformation. After two weeks it looks as good as the day it was competed & the rain we have had has all drained away. Early days & we are well pleased with our new drive, the teams that that worked on it & the admin staff that kept us informed from quote to completion.

Started great then went downhill rapidly. Sold the project of being all completed within 7-10 days after the preparation works when in fact in took 6 weeks.
On complettion of preparation work being carried out but digger left blocking the drive for 5 days. Garage door damaged by the mini-digger during the works, no one knocked on the door to say what happened, only found out as the security camera picked it up, then took about 5 weeks to finally mend it after I called numerous times.
Materials then delivered and left in the close for over a week and works delayed. Project manager non-existent and had to call to find out what was happening.
Only positive, the works were good and did a nice job but everything else absolutely shocking !!

From start to finish, the initial contact, the representative, office staff and installers were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They understood what I wanted and completed within the narrow time frame that I had available. I purchased an electric garage door and the quality is even better than I expected. The fitters were great and they did a fantastic job, having to deal with some structural issues. Extremely happy with the entire experience and wouldn't hesitate to have New Generation deal with any future work on my property within their portfolio.

Good quality product fitted professionally. I had aluminium gate and a fence panel fitted. Old gates dismantled and removed with all rubbish. The sales rep was very pleasant and was very thorough showing us samples and helpful with design. Could possibly have found a cheaper product but I feel we have purchased quality products that will last for many years to come

The entire process from sale to final installation was very smooth, with good communication throughout. The installers for both phases of the work were very efficient, very polite and both teams completed their work in less time than I expected.

The completed result looks good and hopefully will last for many years.

I have rated them as four stars rather than five, not because of the product or the workmanship, but for the following:

Nearly four weeks after completion we still have traffic cones dumped at the side of the drive that have never been collected.

The 5-year guarantee becomes invalid if the aftercare guide isn't followed. Unfortunately, there is no aftercare guide!

The work done was great all the way through from explaining what was being done. The workmen were very polite.

Date of installation was fitted in at our convenience as we were coming and going. All done in one day with no problems. Installer told us exactly what he was doing as the work progressed. Finished product looks great. Very pleased with the work. Looks exactly as James said it would when he gave us the quote.

Overall we had a good experience, the driveway work was done really well, within timeframe and we have zero complaints.
We would definitely use them again for future work!

From start to finish you’re very professional company Mark was the first person we met who was very professional asked the right questions gave the right answers then the ground crew came and did a very professional job while we waited 10 days for the base to go off the resin guys were fantastic and an immaculate job then we decided to have turf artificial. These guys are fantastic as well. Nothing was too much trouble. Will recommend next generation in the future. My daughter has already signed up with them.

Good timekeeping, came when agreed, all mess was cleared away. Agreeable in that they helped clear the patio for me of items too big to lift. Thorough preparation so that the end result was perfect.

The whole process was simple from start to finish and communication was excellent throughout. We knew what to expect and when and were kept very well informed by everyone. The teams who worked on our drive were very skilled as well as being friendly and helpful. We are delighted with the finished result and would definitely have Next Generation back again for future improvements.

From booking to completion they did a fantastic job, they cleaned up after each section was completed and considered our neighbours.
