I ordered a combo set, but just like many others experienced, they cancelled at the last minute despite reminding them every other day (I placed order two weeks prior to the event date, and reminded them at least about 5-7 times after reading their bad reviews online and just like every other review, my order was messed up. The delivery supposed to be at 7pm and at 7pm they are informing the delivery could not be fulfilled. Very unreliable! They have a history of doing this. Just sharing so others can be aware. Very disappointing experience!

Honestly, the service was good. They took the order, processed it fastly and just delivered 30 minutes late from the slot time. That is still okay but the cake flavour I ordered was truffle because the person I was sending this to likes truffle but hates vanilla and these guys delivered a vanilla cake just with chocolate layering on top

Very disappointing experience from this flower delivery service. I ordered a rose bouquet along with a Vase for my wife's birthday. Paid 200 Rs. For the Vase Which they even sent me a picture of. What do I get delivered? Let alone that it is nothing like the picture sent, but it is not even a Vase. It is a Glass. When I asked for a replacement or a refund, they kept saying that it is as per availability and can change but I cannot accept getting a glass instead of a Vase. I wanted a refund or a replacement but all they can offer is a discount for next purchase!!!!! Why Will I Want To Buy Anything Else From Them?????

Nikki flowers totally fraud company.. They head quarter in Kolkata.. And taking order all over india.. Totally waste of money to place order.. And responses, tracking mechanism.. No change for hours.. Always they response.. On way.. On way

Bad service they are just saying on the way but it's not delivering to receiver so unprofessional they don't know how to attend customer they don't receive call i have called from 4 phones after that they are just texting not receiving my call and I said about refund they are saying if it's not delivered we will refund but it was for someone who is ill and I want to cheer him up but this website has disappointed me so much and never ever trusting this website again

Nikki flowers in Chennai from where I got delivery are not to be trusted as they deliver drooping flower bouquet and they say it is because of the weather and asked

Worst service, they charge high for product and not delivering product on time and also they changed selected flower with excuse of not availability of particular flower and dont support to adjust with amount they just give you option of mulch lesser price replacement of flowers even after delaying for few hours they say customer that customer is not understanding and supporting....why are they charging these much for this worst service ?????even denying for refund with such lie that product is already prepared if its prepared then why not delivered on time?even they charged 99 rs for birthday topper which they have not delivered with bouquet

Terrible experience – do not trust them!
I placed an order for morning delivery. First, they informed me that some flowers were unavailable and offered replacements. I agreed, but they still didn’t deliver until 5 PM. Every time I called, they said, We’ll call back in 5 minutes, but never followed through. Highly unprofessional service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Frauds .. took the money but did not deliver the flowers .. should never order from this website

I placed an order for an orchid bouquet for my mom’s birthday, but what was delivered was completely different — just 6/7 off-white roses, which looked far from appealing or special.
I immediately contacted customer service, and they told me a complaint would be raised. It has now been over two weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, all I’ve received is a cold, indifferent late responses.

The difference between what I ordered and what was delivered is unacceptable. This was not just a bouquet — it was meant to convey love and care to one of the most important person in life. Clearly, the company does not understand the emotions attached to such moments. We would have been happy if they accepted their mistake and have done a fresh correct delivery next day , which shows they care for customers.

If you cannot ensure that customers get what they order — and show basic respect for their concerns — then there’s little point in being in this business at all!!!

Worst experience ! Please dont order anything on this website, they are super unprofessional. I had a birthday delivery for cake and bouquet today between 9am-3pm slot. I had placed this order 3 days ago. Today, I was tracking my order in the afternoon and saw there is no change in the status. Then i called their number to get an update , they said they will check and get back. They got back to me at 3 pm saying they cant deliver it today. I expressed saying birthday is today and cake will be required for today. They said they will check and get back but they didnt. I called them at 7 pm. They said it will be delivered tomorrow and i said whats the point now they said they will check get back and then they stopped receiving my call. I kept calling but they cut my call. Then i looked at the status on their website again and date was moved to tomorrow. If you want to really have a trust worthy experience then this is not the place. They are false, bogus. Lets see i am going to ask for refund because now the most important occasion is gone and if you would want your day to be special then do not order through this website because they are unprofessional, fake and not true to their commitment.

I ordered a red velvet cake for my boyfriend birthday. I ordered in the evening and asked them to provide the delivery within 1:30 hours. I asked them about my planning to celebrate my bf birthday. So they agreed and delivered the cake on time in a very short notice. Also, the cake was very delicious.

It was a last-minute decision to send flowers to another city for my wife. These guys did an exceptional job, providing high-quality flowers and excellent customer service with frequent updates.
I will consider them again for the service. Highly Recommend.

Do NOT purchase from this website – very poor service!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order for a wedding anniversary gift, expecting it to arrive on time as promised. Instead, the delivery was delayed by an entire day. What made it worse was their misleading updates – they kept saying “it will arrive in an hour” or “just 30 more minutes,” but nothing happened.

This kind of false reassurance and poor time management is completely unacceptable, especially for time-sensitive occasions like anniversaries. Extremely disappointed with their service. I would strongly advise against ordering from this website.
