Very bad experience

Very bad experience
No same day delivery is done as mentioned on website.
Delayed delivery. They said remote location ven though pincode and location was mentioned upfront.
They did not have the color of roses that was ordered. Delivered different colour

Very unreliable and undependable…

Very unreliable and undependable company. Looking at the catalog we asked if we could get red roses instead of pink. To which the WhatsApp chat lady confirmed positively. But, the final delivery was still the same pink flowers, which were not so fresh looking. When asked, it was just plain sorry, that's it.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this page. I ordered a bouquet and made the payment, which was successfully debited from my account. However, they kept claiming that the amount was not credited on their side, even after I shared proof of the successful transaction.

There was no proper support, no responsibility taken, and the whole experience felt very unprofessional. Please be careful before placing an order here.

Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend this page to anyone.

Did not deliver as scheduled and giving excuses

I had placed an order for a birthday day cake two days before the date of delivery after checking with the PIN code where it is to be delivered. The morning of scheduled delivery we called the customer service and she assured us that the order would be delivered but till evening also it was not delivered , on enquirer we were told that the place is remote and they need a phone no of the receiver . For two days they didn’t inform of this requirement . So birthday cake was not delivered as scheduled . For next day delivery they request us to pay delivery charges again which was beyond my understanding as we had already paid the delivery charges with the order. very disappointing and not recommending.

Horrible service by Nikki Flower

Horrible service by Nikki Flower, I will never order again.
I had chosen Bouquet, Greeting card with message and paid for delivery. however during the delivery not all items were delivered.
They did not deliver the greeting card. When I called them back asking for the same they are not bothered to solve the issue.
Even after paying for the delivery, we have delivery guy asking for the money.

Highly Irresponsible and Unprofessional – Don’t Waste Your Money!

I would never recommend Nikkiflower to anyone for any occasion. They have no sense of responsibility regarding delivery — they cancel orders at the last moment, even after charging extra for delivery. The product quality is very poor and far below standard.

Because I trusted Nikkiflower, my wife’s birthday celebration was completely spoiled yesterday. Extremely disappointed with their service.

Such a fraud site this is

Such a fraud site this is. Please don't buy anything from this site. They grab my money and didn't deliver the product. And they blocked me when I call them. I'm going to file case in consumer court. It will be the last time they are going to fool people. Please aware of these kind of fraud peoples

Delivered 1 day in advance

Delivered 1 day in advance, no prompt service. Made me wait and after I went out, they want to take the cake back. Thieves...money not refunded as well. Don't ever order.

They started shouting at me for calling out the mistake...I do not want to spoil my Sunday so let them steal from me

Unreliable and Disappointing Service

Very disappointing experience. I had ordered flowers with love for my family, but the company failed to deliver them properly. The bouquet reached in poor condition and caused a lot of emotional disappointment. Even after raising the issue, the company did not take proper responsibility. When people trust you with their special moments, such negligence is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered a bouquet from…

I ordered a bouquet from NikkiFlower.com for my father-in-law’s birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
• I spoke to their WhatsApp support before placing the order and asked about availability and freshness of the flowers. I only received instructions to place the order online and make the payment, without any confirmation about freshness.
• After placing the order, they informed me that the baby pink roses were not fresh and suggested replacing them with red roses. I made it clear I only wanted pink roses, but they kept saying “we will try” without a firm solution. I had to ask for either confirmation or a refund.
• When the bouquet arrived, there were only 8 pink roses instead of 10, and the white flowers were missing.
• The packaging was very different from the website photo—it looked simple and cheap compared to the beautifully arranged bouquet shown online on their website.
• When I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer care, the only response I received was a generic “sorry for the inconvenience”, with no attempt to resolve the issue.

Poor Quality of Flower Arrangement

Poor Quality of Flower Arrangement. Had ordered a flower arrangement on bamboo sticks. But what was delivered was a very poor quality basket arrangement. The basket was so cheap that the handle was covered in splinters. It was a skill to hold it without getting hurt. The flower arrangement was very plain and seemed like it was done for namesake. Extremely disapoointing as I had ordered it for my parents 50th anniversary. But what was delivered was well below the average expectation. They also missed to deliver an item from the total order.

Didn’t deliver at all

I ordered a combo set, but just like many others experienced, they cancelled at the last minute despite reminding them every other day (I placed order two weeks prior to the event date, and reminded them at least about 5-7 times after reading their bad reviews online and just like every other review, my order was messed up. The delivery supposed to be at 7pm and at 7pm they are informing the delivery could not be fulfilled. Very unreliable! They have a history of doing this. Just sharing so others can be aware. Very disappointing experience!
