One of the best places for buying Japanese figures

I've bought from Nin-Nin Game many times, and I've never had any issues with their service. It's by far the best place to get P-Bandai exclusives here in Australia. They're always willing to help out, have fairly frequent sales and have easy and accomodating payment plans. It's a good site for buying Japanese goods.

Ideal experience.

I’d heard about Nin-Nin through a friend who’d bought some Mafex figures from them.
They were priced really well so I thought I’d take the chance & ordered a couple. They arrived quickly & safely & I’d definitely think of Nin-Nin first when it comes to that type of figure.

Their customer service was spot on

Their customer service was spot on. After the tariff war, my package’s shipping date was affected, and I had a lot of questions. Thankfully, their support team was top-notch — they answered everything clearly and resolved my issue quickly. Even though I had to pay a little extra, my package arrived fast, on time, and without any damage.

Best site for imports

Nin-nin Game is my go to site for all my import collectables. Their prices and selection are second to none. They communicate extremely well through the entire process and do well staying ahead of economic shifts. One my account was established it is easier ordering for Nin-Nin than most other sites

Nin Nin Game has to improve its processes

I don't like the billing, store and shipping processes from Nin Nin Game, I have to use this platform because they have some figures that are exclusive, that's it. To have more control on my shopping processes I'd choose Hobby Link Japan.
