the people are very nice and helpful. we paid £240 to treat a month infestation (may-june). a week after the second treatment there were small moths lingering. we thought they might disappear and our moth traps caught them. they guarantee for 2 months, at which point we still had moths and went away on summer holiday. now, we have more moths than before. I contacted ninja who offered at measly 10pc discount. then said they would offer a 6m guarantee this time. I refuse to pay even more money for something that didn't work the first time. the 2m graurantee is useless. in short, we wasted £240 on nothing. at least they were nice.

Excellent all round. Had an infestation of false widows on the balcony. James treated the issue very quickly, was pleasure to deal with and provided great advice going forward. He is an asset to Ninja Pest Control. Will use your company again for sure if ever needed, highly recommended.

We had a problem with pigeons roosting in the eaves of the middle floor of our Croydon town house and despite all our best efforts we could not get rid of the birds. These pigeons were constantly having babies, messing up the front of our house with their pigeon poo and twigs from nests. The work was carried out by Dan Jordan and James who did a stellar job that included:

1. Removing 2 nests with eggs (humanly dealt with)
2. Putting down galvanized steel spikes in all the areas that the birds were roosting and nesting
3. Putting up chicken wire in hard to reach areas
4. Cleaning up all the pigeon mess with a power hose and covering the area with a chemical cleaner

Since the work was completed we have not had one pigeon return to the previous areas they were at and now they have flown away to live somewhere else and leaving us in peace.

We found the whole team at Ninja to be courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable in dealing with our problem. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone else out there who is suffering from similar pigeon themed hell.

I found the service to be dishonest and ineffective. I live in a Victorian townhouse and where led to believe that they could get rid of the mice I had seen in our property. It turned out I will need to insulate beneath our floorboards which obviously is out of reach for their services. They still came and put up traps, declared the house mice free as nothing had taken the bait for 8 days, that same day I saw a mouse, so clearly their strategy is not working.
They could’ve saved their time and my money by being honest from the start that the problem required a significant amount of work outside their service range.

Amazing service! Problem sorted in 2 visits. It involved proofing of the, hard to access, main mice entry point, beneath my kitchen cupboards. I have spent more in traps and cleaning products in the past year, not to mention the anxiety and disturbance in family life...

Had ninja pest control come over for blue bottle flies and rats in my flat as another complany did not do the job at all!!! After their visit I Don’t have any blue bottle flies and no rats in the flat :) As I’m highly pregnant they took action right away and I really really appreciate it thank you so so much.. Ninja Pest Control were friendly and helpful from the beginning. They sent out a technician quickly to investigate my property.
